The market towns of Presteigne and Knighton 6 miles, Hay on wye, Ludlow, Bishops castle and the Elan Valley 20 miles.

Oak beams and wooden floors frame a simple whitewashed open plan space which offers: a sleeping area on the mezzanine with one double floor-level bed and up to two single futons; on the ground floor, a wet-room and the kitchen-eating-living area with Clearview wood-burning stove. Located at the foot of The Offa's Dyke Path and only a 5 minute walk to shops, pubs, park with river access. Wireless. Off road parking. Well behaved dogs welcome. Our eco house is a relaxed and comfortable place to stay in the beautiful & unspoilt Welsh Borders. We have a large garden growing most of our fruit & vegetables, our own chickens and provide free cider while stocks last. Please understand that we are a traditional bed and breakfast establishment. I know that the listing states that a whole flat or house is available, it is not. Unfortunately AirB&B insist that we put this otherwise it on will only list one bedroom.

The flat is a fully equipped, self contained, private part of a larger house. It has been finished to a high specification and includes a spacious bedroom, kitchen/diner, shower/toilet room, and hallway. It also has a private outside patio/garden some of which is a covered area. There is no charge for one child under the age of 8 when accompanied by an adult so you do not have to include him/her in the number of people when booking.
