A charming, cosy self contained one bedroom cottage situated adjacent to our home & sharing the drive. The bedroom can be made up as a twin or s/king sized double, please tell us in advance which you’d prefer. (Last minute bookings with less than 48 hours notice will not have the option to request this, sorry). (Air bed for 3rd guest. ) Pets are welcome but there is no space to let them off the lead as the patio area isn’t enclosed so you will need to take them for a walk. Lockbox self check in.

Perfect for weekend breaks and exploring the Cotswolds, Oxford, Stratford, Warwick and Bicester Village. Large two storey, light and bright open plan ex-granary with living space on the first floor overlooking our garden. Entirely self-contained unit in a very quiet location on the edge of the village. The Granary forms one side of a courtyard and we live in the farmhouse on another side.

When it’s sunny, an outdoor kitchen with wood fired oven, and fire pit bbq enhance outdoor living. Tiny shepherds hut, bluebell, is included as a cosy nook/ extra sofa bed.

We have horses, cattle, chickens and 450 acres to enjoy. Many fantastic tourist sites nearby including Blenheim Palace, Soho Farmhouse, Warwick Castle, Silverstone, Upton House. Wake up to beautiful sunrises, great wildlife and an expansive view. You may even see the 14 wild deer who wander around the farm.

Set in the grounds of our 17th century farmhouse in rural South Northants, approx half a mile from the village of Moreton Pinkney. The cottage has recently been refurbished to a high standard. Centrally located for M1 & M40 with easy access to Silverstone Circuit, Towcester Racecourse, Banbury, Daventry, Milton Keynes, Northampton, Oxford, Stratford and the Cotswolds. This area also offers excellent walking and cycling opportunities and is close to many National Trust properties.

The fabulous Fawsley Hall Hotel is 1 mile away through the woods, or 2.5 miles by road, and there are many other pubs in the surrounding villages.
