The Granary is family friendly & dog friendly. Open plan with kitchen, dining table and lounge area. Upstairs large family room with king size bed, tv, ensuite shower room and two single beds in an alcove. Perfect for family stay: child gate at top of the stairs, highchair and travel cot. For doggy members of the family, a cosy bed, water & food bowls. Monks Barn Farm is a working sheep farm with two holiday cottages and caravan site (touring vans & motorhomes). Footpaths directly from the farm.

Pinetree Lodge is a romantic, luxury Cotswold getaway, nestled in its own small, enclosed wood on our active working sheep & arable farm. A peaceful place where you can unwind and reset. Great outside living provides a bbq/fire pit with accessories on request to roast or do one-pot meals and a gas BBQ too. An efficient wood burner provides ample warmth on colder evenings and during the winter months. The Kitchen is basic, a little gas stove gives for a nice cuppa and a breakfast fry up indoors.

Stay a stone’s throw from Shakespeare’s Birthplace

This is a second floor loft apartment in the heart of Stratford-Upon-Avon. We are located on a pedestrianised street and Shakespeare’s birthplace is less than 100 yards away. Everything this beautiful town has to offer is right on the doorstep. It’s only a 7 minute flat walk from the train station and there is a taxi rank within a minute’s walk too. The apartment itself is double glazed and very quiet. We’ve just refurbished it throughout (May 2021) and are so excited to start welcoming guests!

However, we have found evidence of it playing a role as the village bakery.
