Welcome to La Perla! Our apartment is located in Mokošica, just 11 km from the City Center-Old Town of Dubrovnik and 27 km from the airport. The bus station is just 1 minute from the apartment, with buses running every 25 minutes to Dubrovnik and the popular Banje Beach near city center! We offer free private parking for guests arriving by car. You'll also find a restaurant, ATM, supermarket, café, and bakery nearby. Our apartment has a gorgeous terrace from which you can enjoy an amazing view on the marine. A warm summer night with a glass of wine is the only thing you need after a long day in the city and our terrace will be perfect for you to relax by doing that. The front side of the apartment has a stunning sea view, while the back side overlooks untouched nature and high mountains. Bus stop to the Old Town of Dubrovnik is just 3 minutes walk away from the house. Busses run often and operate all night.

Best View P&K Apartment is situated in one of Dubrovnik’s most desirable neighborhoods—Zlatni Potok—just a 15-minute walk from the Old Town and Banje Beach. The apartment offers breathtaking views of the City Walls and Lokrum Island. Please note that, due to the steep stairs in this residential area, the property may not be suitable for guests over 60 unless they are in good physical condition.
