We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home for New Year's Eve! Our group of seven friends spent three nights here, and everything was perfect. The house was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The highlight was definitely the stunning garden and breathtaking views—it was the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. We also loved using the barbecue, which made our evenings even more special. Our host was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. The entire experience was smooth and stress-free. If you're looking for a peaceful and well-equipped place to stay, we highly recommend this home. We’d love to come back again—especially in the summer—to fully enjoy the beautiful garden and the pool!

Vitali's apartment and hospitality made our first visit to Golden Sands, Bulgaria an unforgettable experience. He went above and beyond in order to make sure we had everything we needed and to make sure all of our questions were answered. Seeing and enjoying the perfection of the apartment and the view was unlike any other experience we have ever had. The grounds of La Mer Apartments and the perfect private beach added to the coziness of the apartment and made our vacation even more special and memorable. I would recommend Vitali as a host and this apartment as my first choice everytime, and I can't wait to come back!

Wir - als vierköpfige Familie mit zwei kleinen Töchtern - haben uns in der Villa Sophia sehr wohl gefühlt ! Die Kommunikation mit Sophia und ihrer Mutter lief wunderbar. Alles war wie beschrieben und die Aussicht und die Lage waren super. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Besonders schön war die Laufnähe zum wunderschönen Pasha Dere Strand mit dem Forest Beach Lokal. Wir haben gut geschlafen und die Abgeschiedenheit und Privatsphäre haben uns sehr gut gefallen! Wir können es sehr empfehlen für Urlauber, die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit suchen und dennoch in Strand-und Stadtnähe sein wollen.

Maria is a great host, very helpful and responsive. The place is great, the house was huge with a lot of space, especially in the living room on the first floor. The yard was also nice with a good pool in it. There was enough space for the cars inside as well.

Casa ca în descriere,nimic special. Apa din piscina este curata și filtrata zilnic. Plaja din apropiere la care mergeam pe jos este perfecta, putini turiști, nisip fin, apa curata și intrarea în apa lină. Singura problema că faci aproape 30 minute până la plajă și la întoarcere trebuie sa urci 197 de trepți. in rest nu ai ce face in zona.

Maria’s villa was as in the description. It was spacious and clean. Maria and Steve were very responsive to our questions, for example how to work the cooker hood! They provided a lovely welcome bundle so that we didn’t need to rush out to the shops. The pool was great and larger than we expected. There is a good local shop a short walk away and two local places to eat. The place next door to the shop was fine ( the duck was good) but even better was the restaurant / pizza place that you get to walking 5 minutes further along the road from the shop and crossing the main road. ( recommend the fish soup there). There is a sandy beach, but we only went down there once, there are 197 steps down and then up again! We preferred the pool. We would love to return to Maria’s villa one day!

It was magnificent, the view is crazy from any part of the villa! PRO:We (group of 16) were in close contact with the manager from start to end, which responded immediately at our most detailed requests. Lis took care of everything from the pool to the amenities. We had multiple barbecues and caught some nice view shots from the balconies and the poolside. CONS: neighbour is disturbed by noise so we tried to reach to an agreement about the hours of loud vs lower music with him directly. It was fine Wifi signal is weak, but we did not care or need it :) Conclusions: definitely will return there, and bring more people. It was fantastic 5/5

Der Check-In und Check-out verlief reibungslos. Die liebe Svetlana hat mich herzlich empfangen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und hat einen großen Garten mit einem Grillplatz. Die Unterkunft hat reichlich Platz und man hat einen tollen Blick auf das Meer. Um an den Strand zu gelangen muss man einige Treppenstufen hinuntergehen. Der Strand war sauber und nicht überfüllt. Perfekt für mich, da ich überfüllte Strände nicht mag. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank, ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder.

I spent a week in Kranevo in June 2023. Violeta’s place is located close to the beach, and there are many restaurants and bars in the area. The apartment is well equipped for self-catering, clean, and quiet. The WiFi is reliable, I mainly used it for work and it was OK (40Mbps) all the time. Communication with Violeta was very efficient, so were the check-in and check-out. All in all, this was a perfect fit for my needs. Weather was perfect too.

Die Unterkunft von Todor entsprach genau der Beschreibung. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Vor allem der große Pool und der Garten sind Highlights, die wir im Sommer sehr gerne genutzt haben. Todor‘s Villa-Manager Ziko hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und alles Notwendige zum Haus erklärt. Wir haben uns sehr gut betreut und untergebracht gefühlt. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt und eventuell bis demnächst wieder 😉

As described - good value for the price and close to the beach

Der Aufenthalt war perfekt! Wir waren zu 10. in dem Haus und hatten eine wundervolle Zeit. Das Haus war sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Wir konnten jeden Tag draußen grillen und essen. Der Host hat immer super schnell geantwortet und war extrem freundlich. Die Schlafzimmer waren auch alle super. Die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Der Pool war auch toll. Wir können das Haus wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Es war ein super Urlaub!

Alles hat super geklappt, wir kommen gerne wieder. Sehr nette Vermieter , vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit

My stay was comfy and convenient, there is a parking spot where you can leave your car and a bus stop 100 meters from the address, there is also a supermarket right next to this bus stop. Overall we were very satisfied and we would surely stay there again in the future

Am petrecut Paștele în această casă minunată , arată exact ca în pozele puse, foarte curată .Am avut un weekend frumos alături de familie . Gaza a fost foarte amabilă și ne-am cazat mai devreme , ne-a lăsat ouă vopsite, cozonac si bere rece, un gest foarte frumos . Ne-am bucurat in acesta perioada de jacuzzi și piscina încălzită .Recomand
