Peaceful, quiet and restful space. Basement suite has private entrance, Wifi, TV, fully equipped kitchen, large desk, laundry facilities too. One bedroom with queen size bed and new queen size sofa bed for additional sleeping space. Great neighbourhood with city park at the end of the street. Good location only 2.5 kms from hospital, 3 kms from college and 7kms from university. Excellent location for working professionals and students. Within walking distance to mall and grocery store.

Modern Basement Suite

Our modern suite is in a newer home in downtown Prince George and is your perfect alternative to the standard hotel room. It’s only walking distance from many great restaurants, entertainment, the downtown business district (Victoria St) and the hospital. The one bedroom suite has two large windows (with black out blinds for those who want to sleep in) and everything someone would need to feel at home during their stay. The owners are a young professional couple who live upstairs.

After every guest checks out, we personally clean and inspect the unit, ensuring it's spotless and secure before your arrival. We recently added a premium Kinetico whole house water system valued at nearly $8000. It provides softened, filtered, and clean water throughout the home. Showers feel smoother and the K5 drinking station offers crisp, high quality water right from the tap.
