We needed a place to stay overnight for a trip to DC with our young grandkids. Meredith’s apartment had everything we needed with the added bonus of off street parking. Meredith was very easy to communicate with and very friendly. She provided detailed instructions that made it easy to find the parking and access the apartment. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. We had a great experience.

Nice and cozy place to stay while visiting DC. Safe and quiet neighborhood that is a not to long walk to the metro. Great amenities and supplies offered in this, and Dan was super helpful and responsive. Keep in mind an older home so the drains in the bathroom drain slowly. But I didn't mind and can't wait to stay again! :)

Nicely decorated place with great hosts. The only watchout is that the ceiling is kind of low and I had to be careful to not hit my head (I am 6').

This place was exactly what I needed - clean, calm and exactly as advertised. The design was well laid and thoughtful, with a couple of places to dress in the morning (perfect when two people both need to do their hair), a place to eat, a comfortable couch and a very nice television. The extra touches were nice too, a washer/dryer, an iron, a stove and a kitchen with coffee and cream already in place - no shopping needed. Just around the corner is the Big Bear Cafe, which is a great spot for a bite. And the house is close to public transport, so it’s easy to get in and out of the city. Ivan was kind and responsive as a host. Check-in and check-out were easy. You could tell they put thought and care into hosting and it all went smoothly.

This condo in Washington was such a fun and charming place to stay! The space was immaculately clean, and the décor was both stylish and cozy. We especially loved riding scooters around the neighborhood, which added a fun and adventurous touch to our stay. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making check-in and any questions a breeze. You can really tell they care about their guests having a great experience. Would absolutely stay here again — highly recommend for anyone looking for a unique and comfortable stay in Washington!

We loved the apartment. It was perfect for our DC experience. It’s about a mile to the Metro, a Lyft/Uber was always around the corner, 10-15 minutes to the National Mall, depending on traffic, but the area is very quiet and peaceful at the same time. The park across the street is lovely. There was always plenty of parking. Alexandria and Mount Vernon are also a quick drive from the apartment. The apartment itself was comfortable and impeccable! I had one question the night we arrived and the response was immediate and helpful. We will look for this place again next time we visit DC. Thanks for helping make our vacation special.

Me and my family went for our daughter UMD Graduation and this location was amazing. Just 15 minutes away. Hardly any traffic getting there with multiple ways in and out. The house was PERFECT, in the sense that had everything we needed and more. Super spacious and great neighborhood. This was my first interaction renting a property for 8 days and the entire process was flawless. If I ever need to comeback to the DC area, I will most definitely reach out again to DaJuan. Really enjoyed staying at this location, very convenient and close to restaurants and public transport. Great to bring your fur babies, probably best for smaller dogs. You should just be aware there is like no grass in DC before you bring your pets lol! Overall a great experience and the location was so clean with not much noise surprisingly for the area.

We had a great stay. The location was great and felt safe and clean. My minivan fit in the private garage, it was tight. Also always seemed to be open spots on the street. Make sure to check out The Big Chef crepes!! So yummy!! Hosts are very friendly and responsive.

Staying here was WONDERFUL! The neighborhood was nice and quiet. I like how right around the corner there were a couple stores just in case I needed to pick up a few things. Kristen provided things I didn’t even think to even bring. There were slippers and robes waiting for us. A nice care package on the island as soon as we walked in. She provided other little necessities I did not bring but ended up needing like a safety pin. I ended up getting black eyeliner on my dress and I was bummed assuming I would have to change my outfit. I then looked in the bathroom drawers and found safety pins and I was able to keep on my dress on and covered the spot with the safety pin pulling it up a bit. I was so thankful for that. If you ever decide to stay in DC please book this BNB it is so worth it!

We had a great stay here for a long weekend in DC! We mostly drove and ubered so the location worked for us. The place is clean and has everything we needed to make breakfast in the mornings. Enjoyed the charming George Washington wallpaper!

I definitely loved this home soooo spotless felt right at home. You might hear people walking here and there BUT it’s not an all the time thing, other than that it’s so peaceful. Kitchen is beautiful and has all the spices you kinda need if you wanna cook, bed was sooooooo comfortable and the living room was so inviting. It’s close to food spots banks grocery stores, etc. I’m definitely booking again.

Stayed here with two of my friends for a long weekend and we had a wonderful time! Room was incredibly clean and very spacious, with a lovely kichenette. I lived in this unit for 5 months, and I had a great experience. The unit has a beautiful view and all the amenities needed for a longer term stay. The kitchen is stocked with the essential utensils and cooking vessels, and all appliances are functional. The living space is comfortable with substantial storage space, and the dressing room and bathroom are well-maintained and relatively spacious as well. Some of the furnishings are more well-loved, but all are comfortable and in working order. Amber and Maranda are extremely communicative, and I never had any issues with maintenance or pests. For added security, Amber and Maranda provide a lease agreement, which gave me more peace of mind as a renter. River Place South is a very nice building overall, with a renovated lobby, kind, attentive concierge staff, security, and a decent quality gym.

Very nice place to stay near Gaylord convention center. Super clean condo. All the essentials are there. Lots to do at the resort as well as nearby walking distance. Having a baby in the group we did quite a bit of laundry. A laundry room was on our floor with two washers and four dryers and free of charge. We barely passed anyone on the seventh floor. We would def stay here again.

Brooke was very helpful in our booking and gave great suggestions. The place at National Harbor was exceptional and from the check in to the check out, the staff were extremely helpful and went above & beyond. We had a great rental that exceeded our expectations.

Trip went very well worth every penny. Owner was very helpful answered whenever we called to help with check in gave us no problems about playing music on their Alexa or living room tv. Would get again for another trip.
