This house is perched on a hill and features an amazing unobstructed view of the inner harbour and mountains. Enjoy the view from the outdoor table on the private deck or while sitting on the sofa. There is a field right across the street where you can play bocce or frisbee (both included). There is a well-stocked grocery store (Mavericks) with adjacent cold beer/wine/liquor one minute away (by car). The space is exceptionally clean and very stylish - local photography and recently renovated.
