Located within a quiet street of the popular inner suburb on the fringe of the City of Melbourne, BRUNSWICK, 400m to the left is Barkly Square Shopping Complex, Sydney Rd with its Middle Eastern Cafes and Restaurants, walk or catch a tram to the City Centre, first stop to the left is Princes Park, a major sports and recreation Park, home to the Blues Aussie Rules Football Club, to the right two minutes walk to Melbourne Zoo Royal Park. second stop, Melbourne University, third stop, the famous Queen Vic Market, and next you're at Melb. This well appointed home offers a full kitchen with induction cooking facilities, convection oven and all the equipment to prep a romantic meal. A bedroom area under high vaulted ceilings decked out with a queen size bed, luxury mattress and egyptian cotton sheets, is a relaxing and airy space for kicking back after a day of exploring. A stylish and modern bathroom that boasts a rain-shower is just the way to unwind and soak up the Melbourne mornings. Guests have access to their private entrance and courtyard area with an alfresco garden setting for breakfasting and sharing a yarn next to a small organic herb garden. Michele and myself are available for any questions, tall stories and any recommendations for what to do in Melbourne. Located within the greenery and parklands of Princes Hill and Historic Carlton, it's a short stroll to Rathdown Street village and the iconic "Little Italy" eateries in Lygon St. Then settle in for a movie at the local Arthouse Cinema Nova. We are located within a 5 minute walking distance to tram lines heading to the City, Sydney Road and Brunswick East and parking is available around the home or else just bike about like a true local.

We had a lovely time at Khloe’s! The space had everything we needed, the place was close to transport, surrounded by bars & restaurants & we felt right at home. We experienced a couple hiccups with the av equipment but Khloe’s swift response time had it resolved quickly. We couldn’t recommend enough!

Laura’s place was wonderful. Located by the park, the little cozy apartment has direct access to Princes park and Sydney Road (with multiple eateries). Being 10 mins from the city, also made our commute to the city really quick and easy. The apartment has a very artsy vibe and does proper justice to the hip Brunswick vibe. Laura was super responsive and great with respect to communicating. Was great. Highly recommended. 🙌🏽

This was our second stay at James’s place and just like the first time we enjoyed it very much. Everything was as described. Once again we brought our bikes with us so the roller door access to the courtyard area was excellent. Our small dog, ‘Ronny’, also enjoyed the outside space and the ‘pet door’ was a bonus. We put the kitchen to good use. It is very well equipped and preparing meals was no problem at all. The beds were comfy and the heating worked well. All in all it was a great stay. We will be back again.

Great house in a fantastic spot close to cafe's and public transport. We really enjoyed our stay in Brunswick, the street was quiet and the area was really nice to explore on our way some excellent breakfast spots. Free street parking was easy to find. Highly recommend.
