The Gem is a quirky 4-bedroom 3.5 bathroom house nestled in the heart of Pringle Bay. A scenic 1.5hr drive from Cape Town, makes this the perfect seaside escape from the city. The house can accommodate 8 people with 3 queen beds (2 en-suite) and 2 single beds. (A 5th kid's bedroom sleeps 4 extra, additional per person rates apply). The quaint village centre, beach and lagoon are within easy reach. Hot tub under a star-studded sky. Come explore this unique biosphere and all it has to offer.

Birdsong

This delightful house is tucked away in a grove of trees overlooking the Vermont Saltpan,which is a bird sanctuary. Recent solar panels on the roof feed into a battery and inverter system. Loadshedding is no longer an issue. This tastefully furnished, four bedroom home, is fully equipped caters for upto 8 guests. The perfect place to getaway from it. The Saltpan is fed only by rainfall and run-off from the mountains and in years when there has been low rainfall the pan often dries out.

The Dunes can accommodate various groupings of up to 10 visitors and is just a 5 minute walk to the Pringle Bay beach and the well-known Lemon and Lime deli. Spacious living areas and plenty of natural light in a beautiful natural setting make this an ideal getaway. Enjoy 1500msq enclosed fynbos garden and wonderful views of the surrounding Overberg. Indoor entertainment includes table tennis, board games and plenty of toys for the young ones, as well as Netflix and Disney Plus.

Ballyconneely

Perfect all year round, this dream getaway beach house sleeps 2-3 families. Recently refurbished with an emphasis on comfort, luxury and space. Only 300m from the beach and 500m from the village. The open plan lounge, kitchen and indoor barbecue (braai) are ideal for a relaxing holiday or weekend away. Kids will love the games room. SUP, kayak and surfboards are available for guest use. Sleeps a max of 6 adults and 7 children. An Inverter in house means no loadshedding blackouts!

Welcome in our charming cottage with the sounds of the little river, frogs and the ocean in the background. Betty's Bay is well known for its unspoiled nature, mountain, fynbos, beaches, lakes and gorgeous African (jackass) penguins. The penguins are within walking distance. The famous Harold Porter Botanical gardens is 5 minutes drive away. Betty's Bay has endless hiking, surfing, angling and snorkeling opportunities. A local grocery store is about 700 metres from the house.

Bayview

Relax and unwind! Enjoy an early morning cuppa while gazing at endless view of False Bay and mountains with the sound of waves and birdsong. You might even get lucky with dolphin or whale sightings! Indulge in sundowners on the north-facing veranda with built-in braai sheltered from the elements. The house is equipped with a mini inverter, WIFI and a smart TV as well as a DSTV dish (bring your own decoder). Easy walk to the beach and village.

Seaside Sanctuary

Perfect home for re-connecting with friends and family, with a pool for the summer and fireplaces for the winter. The sand dunes are 15 meters from the house, and the beach a 3 minute walk Great for 1 or 2 families with up to 6 children, or 3 couples. Please note: not suitable for more than 6 adults. The house is set up with a well equipped kitchen, in- and outdoor braai, board/lawn games and a TV with Netflix.
