My friend and I had an incredible stay at this property! The location is wonderfully peaceful, and the presence of adorable cats and dogs added a heartwarming touch to our experience. The true highlight of our stay was the caretaker, Animesh-ji. He went above and beyond to assist us, patiently answering all our questions, helping with local transportation, and offering thoughtful guidance throughout. His exceptional hospitality truly made our visit unforgettable. Highly recommended!

I had a fantastic stay at here! The home was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Communication was smooth and prompt throughout, and james was incredibly welcoming and helpful with local tips. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches like fresh towels,a stocked kitchen. Sanjeev's place (without exaggeration) is one of the best AirBnb's I have stayed at. The property is exactly as described and spotless clean. It has all the amenities you might need and there are 2 nice helpers to take care of your every need. They also keep the place clean and dry all the time and are working round the clock. The location is perfect and very convenient. It has a lot of restaurants, shopping, etc around the area and a 20 mins walk to the beach. The price might seem a bit high compared to other places around, but it is 100% worth the experience. Sanjeev is also the nicest, super responsive host and is very accommodating. He genuinely wants you to have a good relaxing time and will make sure you get what you need. I would definitely recommend it to everyone, and I would come back and stay here again. If you book it, make sure you help keep the place in its great condition and be a responsible guest so such places can be enjoyed for a long time. They are hard to find.

We had an excellent experience at Aguada Anchorage goa. Villa looks exactly the same as that of given in the pictures. host and staff especially Ms Sheetal were very cooperative and responsive. property has 2 swimming pools and are well maintained. the property is located in a central place of candolim which has easy access to restaurants and activities. despite being at central location, the property is very quiet peaceful and private. villa is very well maintained with great interiors, spotlessly clean rooms and kitchen, well maintained outdoor area and availability of all important appliances. I would strongly recommend this place for everyone planning a private homestay vacation in Goa.

The cottage is quite literally a nest in a forest. Lush green and quiet all around. If you were ever looking for a peaceful getaway then this experience will be incredible. Obviously, this is polar opposite to the usual beach-side-Goa holiday and that is a choice to make regarding the kind of vacation one wants. The cottage is also fully equiped with a kitchen and interiors reflect the calm, green surroundings. Given the green surroundings (and the tropical location) don't be surprised to see a new insect/mosquito specie flying around; part of the experience. Vinda herself is very responsive which helped make the stay easy. Thank you for hosting.
