A great cosy place right at the sea!

Anna's house is very clean, tidy and has everything. Great experience even though I only spent one night. Quick check-in and easy communication with Anna who also made us find breakfast for the next day!!

Chiara is a very friendly and accommodating host. Although we didn't meet her in person, communicating with her was completely hassle-free and she quickly helped us out when we had an issue. It is 2 minutes to the beach and at the end of October it was warm enough for swimming but otherwise very quiet and relaxed on the island. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and comfortable for 4 people. Elba is definitely worth a trip.

This is a really magical place. The view, the atmosphere etc. everything very special. I haven’t slept so well in a long while, such a calming and restoring energy. Amazing also for kids to play safely in the castle. We will come back for sure! Thank you for the great stay.

Really nice host, big apartment with huge balcony. Location is 10minutes walk to beach, everything is close to the apartment. Two bathrooms are big bonus but we would appreciate litle more space in them.

Lovely apartment located on the mountain top overlooking Porto Azzurro. Many lovely terraces and nooks to sit and lie on. Please follow the indicative drawing for directions as it is the only way up. And be ready on a narrow road with any oncoming. The only small thing, is that you have to dispose of your own 1 km away down town. But once it's learned, it goes too! Ernastine is very knowledgeable about Elba and is happy to give out of your knowledge. We had 7 amazing days on Elba with lots of experiences in both nature, beach and city.

Francesco was hospitable. He picked us up from the ferry station and dropped us off at the end of the visit. Marino di Campo has a lot of shops and restaurants. A lovely place to stay!

Very convenient and well-equipped apartment, located very close to Punta Ala marina. Great location. Antonia was very nice. The wifi offered by the residence on the other hand is not working well; however, Antonia offered me a solution by lending me a small personal box, which was very useful to me. Very good service and very good communication. In the end, a pleasant stay, a practical and comfortable apartment.

Mara and Massimiliano are hosts as you could wish for. Very friendly, flexible, always ready for questions, give very good advice for exploring the area and good locations. We felt like at home (actually even better😃). The house is very nice and perfectly located. Walking to the city - no problem, bars and restaurants around the corner, beach right outside the front door and also a wonderful terrace with direct views of the sea. What more could you ask for?! The house was as it was listed on AIRBNB, we arrive to the house easily with the help of a person who waited for us at a designated place. The house has a beautiful green area and a great terrace to stay at night when is cooler. The living room is spacious with a dinning table , useful when you don't want to go out. The kitchen is well equiped, has everything you need for a vacation. There is a second floor where the rooms are with a small terrace and a laundry area. The 3 rooms are spacious and clean. There are many windows with mosquito nets to open at night without having to worry about the mosquitos. The only one you can not leave open is the door at the entrance. THe communication with the host was always fast and got a response really fast. It is a very confortable house close to the beach in a safe piazza of PUnta Ala close to everything.

Located in a strategic area, in the countryside with a beautiful view but only 10 minutes from Follonica. The apartment is very nice and Sandra is very helpful and attentive to our needs. We'll definitely be back.

The bungalow is very functional and the campsite is really nice, quiet and with all the necessary services. Recommended especially for families with children!

We loved our stay! The property is exactly as described and the location couldn’t be beat. Andrea was very accommodating and responsive. We had one small issue and he was quick to respond and helped us get it resolved. The quality of the finishings in the space and the view make it the perfect peaceful retreat. I could not recommend this listing enough!

The house is perfect if you want to get away, disconnect, enjoy the countryside and recharge your batteries. You immediately feel at home. If it's hot then the garden is an oasis of peace and quiet - and eating breakfast and dinner on the terrace is so relaxing. The beach is 5 minutes by car, and the little town of San Vincenzo has great restaurants, local food shops and some lovely boutiques . If you want to explore further then there are beautiful medieval Tuscan villages in the hills. The weather during our stay was not hot most of the time - but it's still warm enough even at the end of September to eat breakfast lunch and dinner outside. The house has everything you need - and the wifi ( should you have to connect!) is excellent. All in all a beautiful home from home in a wonderful setting - and Luisa has thought of everything you need in regard to instructions and furninshings/equipment. We will be back!

Sabrina is a very kind, welcoming and always available host. She made us find the house well-stocked and clean. The accommodation is within walking distance of the sea and the central streets. Our dog also felt right at home Thanks again, we'll definitely be back!

Tastefully furnished apartment for a family. Centrally located but quietly located in the middle of Seccheto - practically with private parking, washer & dryer. We were there twice.

We were a family with 5 children. Apartment was great for us, as described and well equipped, for the price it was great. Host was very nice. Thank you. House was very quiet. Piombino is a beautiful city, very good pizza and really delicious ice cream.

Location and views are excellent. For quietness and beautiful nature, you are happy to accept the gravel road to the property. The apartment and outdoor facilities are very well maintained and appealing. The host team is very friendly and animal-loving. We will be happy to come back again.

A beautiful stay in Punta Ala, the apartment was as described: functional, tastefully renovated and a few steps from the port of Punta Ala, in a really quiet and well-maintained residential setting. The veranda was really enjoyable. Lucia was very kind and available for any case. It was a pleasure, we hope to be back next year.
