I loved this place, close to the beach, the apartments was very clean and well stocked kitchen, 20-25 min walk to town or quick with Uber , would definitely stay again !

We were family. The apartment exceeded our expectations. It is very comfortable and even more beautiful than in the photos, it is well equipped and with a privileged location, a few meters from the sea. Cleanliness and tidiness were spotless, and everything works perfectly. The ocean view from the balcony is just beautiful. Also nearby is the Oxxo, restaurants, the pier, downtown and there was a fair, which was perfect for our vacation. We definitely highly recommend this apartment. It's one of our favorite places and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you to the hosts: Lizbeth and her husband, for their hospitality and hospitality. Very good accommodation to spend a few days in Merida near the center, very quiet, you had privacy and a place surrounded by places of interest and commercial shops, the hosts were attentive to my stay every day to check that everything was fine, I would do it again when I return

Santiago is a great host. On very short notice, he went above and beyond to get the unit ready for my early arrival. He also offered suggestions as to sites and transportation and was quick to respond to messages. With the ocean 3 blocks away, I enjoyed my walks on the ocean front. The weather was extremely hot for May and the air conditioner worked well; drinking water was supplied. The unit was on the second floor and there is a lovely pool on the property. There is a small convenience store across the street. Thanks for a great stay, Santiago!

If you are looking for a Lugar para Descansar y Poder know Progreso this place is ideal. We're just looking for a Lugar para Dormir, it's not fancy, but it complies with just for Resting. If you're picky I don't recommend it, but if you want it to rest it's Perfect!

Excellent place to stay, the place was super clean when you arrive, José gives you all kinds of information so you can move to different parts of the city, the bedroom was very comfortable and had all the services available to us, there are also many places nearby to eat and buy things if you want to cook. It's the best choice to stay in this place

We had a great stay from start to finish! The place was very clean, exactly as shown in the pictures. Communication with the host was quick, friendly, and always ready to answer any questions/questions we had. We felt so comfortable. An excellent option to stay!!

The place has an incredible view to the sea, that was what we liked the most. The apartment has everything it describes, the kitchen has many utensils too. The jacuzzi area is equally comfortable, only if you consider the very strong breeze due to the orientation of the building. The elevator did not serve and the apartment is until the 6th floor, and in the same way the pool of the Rooftop was dirty, I think that is administration because they are common areas but if it was something that did not convince us. Similarly, I did not have a door in the junction of the Jacuzzi area with the Rooftop pool (common area), we were told that the door broke a day before, however, if we had wanted to have more privacy in that area, from that out everything was incredible, if we would return.

My experience in this apartment was excellent. The place was spotless, well-equipped and perfectly located near all the main amenities and attractions. The decor is cozy and modern, which makes you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. In addition, the host's service was exceptional: always available for any questions and attentive to details to make sure my stay was perfect. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort and quality. I hope to be back soon!
