Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Proissans

Caroline und Gilles sind sehr herzliche und freundliche Gastgeber, die bei Fragen sofort zur Stelle waren. Die Unterkunft ist wie auf den Fotos beschrieben. Es handelt sich um eine wirklich außergewöhnliche, sehr große Wohnung. Das Wohnzimmer (früher die Bahnhofshalle) ähnelt einem Museum, Caroline und Gilles haben alte Bahnhofsutensilien und Bilder gesammelt und dort ausgestellt. Haus und Garten sind liebevoll restauriert und gestaltet, die beiden haben viel Arbeit (und Geld) investiert, um aus dem alten Bahnhof eine wundervolle Unterkunft zu machen. In der Küche fehlt es an nichts. Das Zentrum von Le Bugue ist ca 1 km entfert, über den schönen Fahrradweg "voie verte" sind es 4 km. Wir haben die Radtouren und unsere Unterkunft sehr genossen. Ich habe mich auch über den persönlichen Kontakt und einen kleinen "Plausch" am Abend gefreut, so konnte ich mal wieder die "eingerosteten" Französisch-Kenntnisse anwenden. Vielen Dank für alles!

I loved my stay here and wish I could’ve stayed longer! The apartment is located right in the downtown and very walkable. The place was spotless when I arrived. I would recommend.

Appartement propre et décoré avec goût. Très proche du centre ville et de ses restaurants, accessible en 2min à pieds. Facile d’accès et stationnement gratuit dans la rue. Pas de télé dans le logement mais plusieurs petits jeux « casse tête » qui permettent de bien occuper les soirées! 😉 Malgré un petit contretemps avant l arrivée, Stéphan a été très réactif et conciliant. Rien à redire. Séjour au top! 👌🏼

Dans le secteur piéton, mais calme, refais à neuf, bien agencé, deco sympa, le studio de Jeremy permet de profiter de la vie en centre ville de Brive, tout peut se faire à pied. Bon rapport qualité prix

The appartment in the heart of Sarlat is spacious with a comfortable bed. Fully equipped kitchen and small balcony with view of the city. Enclosed parking and washing machine are a plus. Independent checkin / checkout and easy, fast communication with Ludovic.

Super weekend passé dans cet appartement ou j'ai pu m'y détendre et profiter de mon temps! Si je reviens vers Perigueux j'y ferai encore une fois mon séjour 😁

Superbe logement parfaitement fidèle aux descriptif/photos et impressionnant par la grande variété des équipements/fournitures proposés (Electromenager/ustensiles cuisine/ fournitures salle de bain, etc.) Franchement, un appartement comme à la maison, avec, en plus, une décoration raffinée, colorée et enthousiasmante (nous étions complètement sous le charme) Il faut juste se rappeler qu’il est sur 3 étages (Rdc entrée /1er étage chambres et Sdb /3eme étage salon, salle à manger, cuisine) donc pas mal de marches. Situé à Souillac, bourg calme, qui permet de rayonner sur toute la région à égale distance des sites principaux (marché, magasin de produits locaux, Lidl et Leclerc essence) au cas où 😉 Enfin bons restos à Souillac, notamment celui que Teddy vient d’ouvrir « le Presk’ile » offrant une restauration plus originale (locale et exotique 😋) aux tarifs très abordables Bref, nous recommandant chaudement cette Airbnb, authentique et généreux.

We spent 10 magical days at Tyler’s charming apartment located just above the church in the old city. It is an ideal location for exploring all the wonders of the Dordogne, as we headed out each day in a different direction. The spacious apartment is absolutely charming - wonderfully decorated with interesting antiques. We loved hearing the chiming of the church bells out the windows, enjoyed the local bistros, daily purchased croissant from the corner boulangerie and even had free parking a 5 minute walk from the apartment. Laura downstairs was very responsive when we had concerns, although we had very few as the apartment was spotless, had all the amenities we needed, and we were just steps away from the rest of Sarlat.

Belle maison très bien équipée, très propre et au calme. Rien ne manque. Petite piscine bien appréciable en période de grosse chaleur. Celle ci est chauffée. Décoration très sympa. Idéalement située pour visiter le Périgord noir. Très proche de Beynac. Beaucoup de sites à moins de 20mn de voiture. La Dordogne est toute proche (10 mn à pied) avec possibilité de faire du canoé. Margot nous a accueillis avec gentillesse. Très disponible tout en restant discrète. Nous recommandons cette location.

nous avons passé un très bon séjour au moulin aux Ans, le logement est très mignon, donnant sur le cours d'eau, l'environnement est calme est très joli. la piscine à disposition est super ( à partager avec les autres gîtes). petite terrasse exterieure très agréable et plusieurs salons de jardins a disposition sur le site. Valérie nous a donné de très bons conseils sur les environs et nous a indiqué des bons restaurants.

We spent a night at Virginia’s place and we did not want to leave, it was so peaceful and relaxing. The parking was easy and next to the property and Virginia greeted us on our arrival. The property was amazing and the grounds very extensive with lovely views. We would definitely stay here again if ever we are in the area. Thank you for the gift Virginia, it was lovely to meet you 😊

Beautiful little terrace house in Belves within walking distance of the centre of the village. Lots of lovely bars and restaurants within. Five minute walk. The house is well equipped and very comfortable. The steps to the outside terrace are very steep and could be slippery if damp but the area is lovely to relax in. Lots to see and places to visit in this beautiful part of France.

Tout est parfait pour se reposer tout en restant très près de l'animation de Sarlat. La maison est très originale, très belle et très agréable à vivre et il est difficile de la quitter.

Très belle villa, dans un bel écrin de verdure proche des plus beaux sites du coin en voiture. La nature y est très belle, la maison avec des prestations très complètes et soignées. Hote réactif et maison très propre avec tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un très bon séjour. Idéal pour les familles avec 4 chambres.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Adrien et Cédric. Le logement est idéalement situé : à deux pas d’une jolie rivière, tout près de Sarlat et de nombreux sites touristiques incontournables de la région. Le lieu est extrêmement calme, parfait pour se reposer après une journée de visites. L'hébergement est très bien équipé, tout est pensé pour que l’on s’y sente comme chez soi. Rien ne manque, que ce soit pour cuisiner, se détendre ou profiter de l’extérieur. Un grand merci à Adrien et Cédric pour leur accueil chaleureux et leur disponibilité. Ils sont très attentionnés tout en restant discrets, ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus agréable. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement et espérons y revenir ! 🙂

We had a brilliant stay! Tosha and Robert were absolutely fantastic — friendly, responsive, and so thoughtful. The house itself was beautiful, spotless, and set in gorgeous surroundings. They went above and beyond to accommodate our 18-month-old, providing a stair gate, cot, and high chair, which made everything so much easier for us. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience — highly recommended!

A perfect position, a few minutes walk from the historic centre, and easy to come and go from. The home was comfortable with all the amenities we needed for our 4 day stay. We did not meet our hosts, but they were very helpful in sending recommendations for sites and restaurants in the area and very quick to respond to our questions. I would not hesitate to recommend this place as a perfect base for a stay in the Dordogne area.

Die Wohnung von Ariane gehört zu unseren absoluten Favoriten! Sehr sauber und gepflegt, elegant eingerichtet, tolle Lage und Ariane ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können die Wohnung nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Maggie & Ahm were terrific hosts! They were there to great us and available for any questions we had. The house is quiet and a very walkable distance to town where there are numerous places to eat. An overall enjoyable experience!

L’appartement est décoré et aménagé avec goût (choix des couleurs, organisation des espaces), le matériel de cuisine et la vaisselle sont en quantité suffisante. La situation en centre ville est particulièrement agréable pour profiter de la ville et se déplacer à pied. L’appartement bénéficie de doubles vitrages parfois nécessaires lorsqu’il y a des animations musicales à proximité, et assure avec les volets une agréable fraîcheur dans l’appartement, en cas de fortes chaleurs. La terrasse est un véritable complément pour prendre des repas en extérieur. Sans oublier le parking disponible et gratuit sur la durée du séjour. Un grand merci à Florian et à son équipe.

We had a lovely four night stay in Cahor at Josy's flat. The location was great for both walking into the old town (the Cahor Wed & Sat market is much better than Sarlat) and for driving out into the countryside to explore the Lot region. While we chose this for the private parking, the flat was large, well-equipped, quiet, and very comfortable. It was a treat to have a clothes dryer as well as a washer. Josy was a helpful host who we enjoyed meeting. No hesitation in recommending this place!
