15 years ago, I discovered this marble workshop abandoned by the wear and tear of time. After a total renovation, Spazio82 was born, a structure consisting of a guest suite of about 100 square meters for the exclusive use of the guests, a part for personal use and a swimming pool and art studio for shared use, all in the historic center of Nizza Monferrato, in the heart of the UNESCO sites of Langhe, Roero and Monferrato.
