We were very welcomed and advised by Paola. The accommodation is very spacious and has all the necessary amenities. It's very easy to park in front of the house and the accommodation is very well located for visiting many sites. I recommend it.

We were a party of Five adults (All family) who stayed there for a week and the apartment was perfect for location to all the local amenities (Shops, Bars, Restaurants, Beach Lido and Ferries) the Train Station is at the top of the town so a 10 min walk or a few mins in a Taxi The apartment was spotlessly clean and very modern. Its on the second, third and forth floors so a few stairs on entry but not an issue for anyone with modest health. The entry floor has the kitchen, bathroom and a double bedroom, the next floor up has two double bedrooms and another bathroom and finally the top floor has a small living room with TV, a small south facing balcony (very handy for drying washing) and a further bathroom Its quite clear that this apartment is maintained to a very high quality and Luca the Host cannot be more helpful and Desenzano is a stunningly beautiful lake town If you want to visit Lake Garda pick this apartment to stay at

Fantastic stay.. i asked Massimiliano if we could celebrate the first birthday of my baby and he gently accepted all of our requests giving us freedom to do whatever we wanted (respecting the spaces of course)..We had a fantastic stay and the kids enjoyed the pool even though the water was freezing. They are present always but not so intrusive so if you need something you can message and they will respond whenever they could. We recommend!

If you want to spend an undisturbed and relaxing holiday away from the hustle and bustle, Betty and Beppe are the right place for you. The two are very pleasant hosts, not intrusive, when you need help, they are immediately there and very eager to make sure that nothing is missing. The apartment was clean and had plenty of space and storage. It is equipped with everything you need every day to take care of yourself. The terrace is completely covered, so we could always sit there in pleasant temperatures. We also used the pool a lot, it is not very large, but perfect for a quick refreshment. A supermarket is only 4 minutes away, Lake Garda around 20 minutes. We were very satisfied with our stay and would be happy to come back.

Nice location near lake Garda, just few kms away from the expressway. Apartment equipped with everything needed for a family vacation. Must stay.

The accommodation was very clean and the complex incl. Pool was very well maintained. The host was always reachable and very friendly. We loved it! We would not rule out another visit!

The house is very cozy, William is very helpful with useful tips, we stayed a weekend and I must say that it was very relaxing, for those who go without the car it is also easy to reach from the station by taking a bus and the house is close to the stop, we also used the pool which was a pleasant touch. We'll definitely be back!

Absolutely fantastic. So cozy and nice. Just as I had hoped. Peaceful and private. The family was wonderful and helpful. Nice family who also run a wonderful popular restaurant. It's a good idea to book a table. A wonderful sweet cat and a delightful dog were with the family and welcomed us warmly. It was only a 20-minute walk into the village. Poland was wonderful and very well maintained and clean. The apartment is rustic and cozy with a small balcony. Every morning, the family welcomed us with a nice breakfast, which was an extra plus. We absolutely want to come back! Absolutely amazing, highly recommended!

We had a wonderful 8 days in the accommodation with great summer weather. Fausta is a great hostess and was always quick to reach when we needed her advice. Our absolute highlight was the garden with the two pools.

Spacious, peaceful, and beautiful apartment with all amenities and easy to park. Take advantage of the private patio to dine outside, read, or just relax. The neighborhood is quite peaceful and quiet and only a short walk to the center of Piacenza. Highly recommended. Thanks again to Nicola for being such a wonderful host.

The air bnb was lovely and matched the photos and description well. It was a great location near the lakeside and resided in a quiet and beautiful neighbourhood. The bathroom and kitchen were stocked well with amenities. Michele was especially an amazing host who responded very quickly to messages and proactively made sure we settled well. He gave us clear instructions for checking in and gave us some great local recommendations! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend this air bnb 😊
