The exposure of this apartment is something unique, the balcony that surrounds the end of the building, allows you to enjoy a breathtaking view being able to admire the entire valley without any visual obstruction. The lodging at "no. 5" has access from the stone pavement that runs through Sagna Rotonda, in front of the porch of the old wood-burning oven of the ancient hamlet. The undisputed charm of this small apartment is definitely its cozy personality. Its open fireplace visually characterizes the living area and warms it with the enveloping warmth typical of wood. The apartment is in a chalet in S. Anna di Roccabruna, near Dronero in Val Maira, in a splendid panoramic position between two beautiful pine forests. It is located on the ground floor, surrounded by a private garden. It has an equipped kitchen, a double bedroom and a bedroom with a bunk bed, a closet and a bathroom. Linens are included. The accommodation is divided on two levels, the first consists of a comfortable living area complete with a modern kitchen equipped with electric cooktop, refrigerator, sink and dishes. The staircase leads to the wooden loft used as a sleeping area that can accommodate up to 5 people and features a large window that overlooks the entire valley.

The lodging at "No. 12" has access from the lawn that directly overlooks the valley and the Marmora Church. The accommodation has a large living area complete with a modern kitchen equipped with an electric stove top, refrigerator, sink and dishes. On the same floor are two bedrooms that can sleep up to 3+2. One set up with a comfortable double bed, and the other with a double bed or alternatively two single beds plus an adult bunk bed.

The Amelia room is located on the second floor, with access from the balcony, above the spa. Living area equipped with a kitchenette, Monviso view, separate sleeping area with double bed plus 2 beds on the mezzanine (with surcharge), private bathroom with large shower and bidet. Old wood that adorns the walls, local stone, natural materials, wool pillows and cirmolo for your relaxation.

The elevated exposure of the apartment, offers from its small terrace in front of the entrance, views of the peaks of the Marmora valley, Col Intersile, La Bianca, Rocca la Meja and the dense larch forest.
