Waterfront holiday rentals in Province of Foggia

Alessandro hat uns freundlich empfangen und alles persönlich gezeigt. Es wurde auch nachgefragt, ob alles bei uns in Ordnung ist. Das war wirklich klasse! Das Appartement war genau wie auf den Bildern. Toll eingerichtet, alles sauber und es fehlte an nichts. Der große Balkon mit direktem Blick auf das Meer ist wunderschön und lädt zum frühstücken und verweilen ein. Das einzige was nicht der Beschreibung entspricht ist, dass kein Parkplatz auf privatem Grund vorhanden ist. Wir haben direkt vor dem Haus an der öffentlichen Straße geparkt. In der Nebensaison ist das kein Problem. Im Sommer könnte es schwierig werden. Das Haus ist auch noch eine Baustelle. Für meisten Appartements werden noch ausgebaut und fertig gestellt. Wir wurden den einen Morgen im 7 Uhr von Bohrmaschinen und Bohrhämmern geweckt. Hierzu sollte in der Beschreibung ein Hinweis stehen. Wir hahej uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Vor allen das freundliche Entgegenkommen von Alessandro, die unkomplizierte Art war super!

We stayed four nights right on the beach and can recommend it for the price/value. The description is accurate. We did some of our own cooking and everything needed was available. The only downside is the hot water can run out if you take long showers.

L’appartamento è nuovo e moderno, dotato di tutti i comfort necessari che hanno reso il nostro soggiorno molto piacevole. Si trova a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro storico e a due passi dalla spiaggia. Donatella è stata molto cordiale e disponibile nell’accoglierci. Nel complesso, un ottimo appoggio per godersi un rilassante weekend sul Gargano 😊 Alla prossima!

L’appartamento era pulitissimo, penso di non aver mai trovato un alloggio così pulito e profumato! In pieno centro, situato in una via piena di negozietti che tengono aperto fino a tardi ma l’appartamento è ben insonorizzato e non si sente nessun rumore. Consigliato per 2 persone per usare al meglio tutti i comfort che predispone, di più si starebbe un po’ stretti. Antonio gentilissimo e d’aiuto quando ci siamo trovate senza corrente 😅 ma bisogna stare attenti a non accendere troppe cose se no salta. Consigliatissimo!!

Soggiorno confortevole l'ultima settimana di agosto. L'appartamento, pur trovandosi in un condominio datato e poco curato, è stato ristrutturato in maniera moderna ed impeccabile. Tutto corrisponde alle foto e alla descrizione. I negozi dei dintorni, anche se di diverso tipo, li abbiamo trovati poco forniti e alcuni esercenti poco disponibili. Micol e Moira sono state davvero super, carine e attente.

Vieste ist wirklich eine Reise wert, sehr hübsche Altstadt mit vielen Restaurants. Der Strand direkt vor der Tür, mit für die Unterkunft reservierten Liegen und Schirm. Leider war der Blick von der Terrasse der Erdgeschosswohnung auf‘s Meer eher semi.

Soggiorno molto piacevole, la casa è grande e ben arredata, completa di tutto per la cucina e la spiaggia, bellissima la terrazza che purtroppo non ci siamo potuti godere a pranzo perché l’ombrellone era rotto, avrei preferito trovare la biancheria per le camere ed il bagno magari pagando un po’ di più. Struttura e Host consigliati e se possibile ci torneremo!! Giorgio

Wir waren zu viert mit unseren beiden kleinen Kindern in dem Appartement und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Alles war sauber und liebevoll weihnachtlich eingerichtet und Maria war stets sehr gut erreichbar, hilfsbereit und super freundlich. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen und die schöne Innenstadt von Manfredonia fußläufig erreichbar. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für alles, liebe Maria!

We stayed in the house for a work in the area. The house has very good conditions. Communication was great. Everything worked well. We recommend.

Da Michelina è come stare a casa, anzi meglio perché a casa non hai la Michelina! La sua presenza e cura è sicuramente un motivo in più per soggiornare nel cuore dello splendido borgo storico di Termoli. Anche suo figlio Roberto è stato prezioso nell’accoglienza e per i consigli. Se il nostro soggiorno a Termoli è stato indimenticabile è anche grazie a loro e alla comodità e posizione dell’ alloggio che mettono a disposizione. Se mai torneremo a Termoli, non scorderemo di passare da loro a dare e prendere un abbraccio.

Lovely spacious living room and bedroom. Best thing was the view on the verandah watching the sunset over the farm and being able to walk into town. Shower was a bit squeeze. Missed having a kettle in the kitchen.

We had a wonderful stay at Antonios appartement. The place has a beautiful view of the sea, and was clean, practical and very nice 😃

Wunderbarer und erholsamer Aufenthalt. Maurizio & Vittoria sind sehr nette Gastgeber. Die Villa ist stilvoll eingerichtet und es fehlte uns an nichts. Die Villa, Pool sowie Gartenanlage war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Das von Maurizio eigens produzierte Olivenöl rundete unseren italienischen Kulinarik ab. Vielen Dank Vittoria & Maurizio!! Villa ist empfehlenswert..

Logement très bien situé et bien aménagé. Bruyant la nuit, mais central dans une ville animée. Très facile tant pour le stationnement sur la rue que pour l’accès. Hôte efficace.

Conforme à l'annonce. Parking proche de l'appartement. Hôte et conciergerie très réactifs et de bons conseil. Il n'y a aucun problème, que des solutions. La terrasse est une pièce de vie. Dans la vieille ville, donc pas mal de restaurants et bars. Séjour conforme à nos attentes, sauf le passage de la dépression Boris ! Mais là, le propriétaire n'a rien pu faire pour nous 🙂

Alloggio con patio grande e ben sfruttabile. A due passi dalla spiaggia. Ci hanno fornito anche lettini, sdraio e ombrellone. La località di Vieste è splendida. Host e collaboratore molto gentili e disponibili. Sono davvero soddisfatto.

Antonia è stata molto gentile e disponibile come host, ci ha fatto trovare acqua fresca e cialde del caffè appena siamo arrivati e ci ha aiutati a smaltire le ultime buste di rifiuti l’ultimo giorno prima della partenza. La casa è nuovissima ed è all’inizio del corso pedonale su una strada molto frequentata, quindi è ideale per chi vuole arrivare, parcheggiare la macchina a bordo strada e girare manfredonia a piedi, i principali servizi sono tutti vicini. La spiaggia dista circa 5 minuti a piedi, ed è sabbiosa, ideale per chi ha bimbi piccoli come noi. Ci sono sia lidi che la spiaggia libera. Abbiamo trascorso una piacevole vacanza, consigliatissimo l’alloggio.

A notre arrivée, accueil sympathique de Raffaella. Le gîte est bien équipé, rien ne manque. il est spacieux, très propre et on s'y sent bien. De plus, il est situé a quelques minutes du port et de la vieille ville. Par contre, la place gratuite devant la maison était toujours occupée et nous avons rencontré beaucoup de difficultés pour stationner dans la rue. Il y a devant la maison, 2 places de stationnement pour handicapés. Visiblement, les plaques d'immatriculation italiennes sont tolérées mais pas les plaques étrangères. il nous en a coûté 230 euros pour 10 mn de stationnement. Malgré ce très fâcheux et contrariant incident, ce gîte mérite ses 5 étoiles et je le recommande.

Die Wohnung hat einen unglaublich schönen Ausblick aufs Meer! Die historische Altstadt, der Bahnhof, Restaurants, der Strand - alles ist sehr gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Serena war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns viele Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants gegeben. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen!

Very nice and clean as the pictures indicate. Giulia was very friendly and forthcoming. Her place is well located, in front of the sea and next to the old walkable city.

Appartement moderne et bien équipé, certes pas directement dans le quartier le plus touristique, mais à peu de distance, faisable à pied et, détail notable, doté d'un parking !

Padroni di casa molto gentili e accoglienti, durante tutto il nostro soggiorno ci hanno chiesto se avevamo bisogno di aiuto e se tutto andava bene. Torneremo sicuramente)

Appartamento moderno e pulito, posizionato nel centro storico di Manfredonia, con bar, locali e attività a pochi metri. La proprietaria è gentilissima, ha risposto ed evaso tutte le nostre richieste in maniera molto celere Location consigliata anche per chi desidera spostarsi lungo la costa del Gargano, Vieste, Peschici etc. Il check-in è flessibile e facile grazie alla serratura a codice della porta.
