I stayed 4 nights and had a great time! The owners are always available and responsive to messages, quick and easy check-in. Convenient location if arriving by train and nearby supermarkets. Would love to come back:)

Structure in a great location to get around Casentino. Friendly and efficient staff, very research-oriented.

This is a great family-run location with 5 guest bedrooms, with private bathroom, private parking on site, pool and a clean room with balcony. They cleaned the room each day, and served a very nice breakfast. The hosts are friendly, warm and caring. The location is also walking distance to a beautiful shopping centre full of wonderful food and shopping, and only a 10-minute drive to a nice beach at San Mauro Mare, with free town parking near the beach. We were warmly welcomed, well taken care of, and had a great stay.

Beautiful stay I would say the top!! The only thing I would have preferred to find a coffee machine with waffles faster and more hygienic than the classic mocha, but this is my personal taste 😁

Traveling alone, I needed a place with the essentials to stay and Gardenia Guest House was perfect. Very close to the train station can be reached on foot. The room was as described, comfortable and comfortable.

Beautiful farmhouse, courtesy and genuine and friendly hospitality that immediately won us over! Great location for those who do not want to give up the main points of fun and who at the same time love peace and quiet! Impeccable cleanliness!

We had a lovely relaxing stay at Alessandra's place! The garden with pool and the beautiful shaded veranda were great, also for our toddlers. The atmosphere was very relaxed and pleasant. By car, a beautiful beach can be reached in 5 minutes - but without shade, but we got a parasol from Alessandra. Go-go Beach (bar/restaurant) right on the beach also has a nice playground (with fine sandy bottom) and you can eat pizza there with your feet in the sand while the kids play. We can only recommend the house, especially for families it is great!

Hotel equipped with all comforts. Spacious and clean rooms and great breakfast. I recommend staying at this facility.

Excellent place to stay. Only booked for one night on way from southern italy to UK but seriously could have stayed a week. What a great place. The restaurant, whilst a bit pricey, serves wonderful food and great service. Thoroughly recommended ++++¥

We were in Cervia for the International Festival of the Acquilone, the location of the hotel is perfect, a few dozen meters from the beach where the Festival is held. The staff is very friendly and helpful, on the day of checkout they also allowed us to leave the car in their parking lot for the rest of the day although check-out was by 10 a.m. Hotels to recommend especially if you like us come for the Festival.

The portrait of everything you need from a Host

This is a family run hotel so there is great pride and assistance. The location is amazing and beaches and restaurants and shops are all a few steps away. The room was clean and air conditioned and as pictured on the website. We stumbled on this hotel and Mauro A Mare and it was a pleasant surprise! Also we are a family of five and it is not easy to find a room for us, but here we did! They have bicycles to use for free and are ready to accommodate in any way!

We only spent two days at Lorella's property, but we were very happy. Lorella is a welcoming person, helpful, attentive to the needs of her guests, professional and... cooks very well! Breakfast is a show: savory and sweet at will. And she makes the desserts herself, as the listing said. As soon as we arrived we received discount coupons for restaurants and clubs in the area where we could go to eat (a nice surprise!). From the very clean room, we could see the sea which is really a 2-minute walk from the Bed and Breakfast. We enjoyed the whirlpool in the small pool and enjoyed the cool in the room thanks to the air conditioner. Parking for the car was free and within walking distance of the property and, another nice surprise, Lorella made several bicycles available to guests free of charge, with which we visited Bellaria. I'd say that, for our needs, it couldn't have gone better than that. Thanks, Lorella!

I was only there for one night and then continued hiking the Franziskusweg. Everything was great, nice and clean room and for Italy super breakfast.

Everything is perfect, very kind, top breakfast. Use of steam room and sauna for 15 euros per person
