Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Province of Gorizia

We were very well and warmly welcomed by Elena and Giuseppe. The accommodation is very functional, clean, pleasantly decorated. The garden, which you can enjoy, is a beautiful resting space, pleasant to the eyes. Note that the vehicle can be easily parked. This accommodation is well located, and allows you to visit very easily, by car or public transport, very interesting cities nearby. Very good stay, we'll be happy to come back.

Lia’s place is thoughtfully organized, comfortable, wonderfully decorated with antiques, spacious, and cozy. The location is convenient and easily accessible, and there are so many thoughtful amenities that it’s like having a home away from home. We loved our stay and will definitely come back.

Great place, great location, great hosts.

We felt very comfortable in Michele's apartment. The layout and furnishings were perfect for us with a 3 year old child. There was also a high chair for children and two bicycle seats. We had a great time in Grado!

The apartment was fabulous, newly reburbished meant it was extremely clean and tidy. The pictures dont do it justice as the rooms are much bigger, we were 4 Adults and were more than comfortable with the space. I was sceptical about the The airconditioner, as there is only one, but it worked so well it cooled the whole apartment (we needed it at 34 deg!). The private parking is right outside the door. The neighborhood is quiet and is away from the main road. A huge supermarket (Coop) is 500m away and nice restaurants close by. Grado is a 15 minute drive away and Trieste 30 minutes meaning its pretty central. I was very happy with the stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone. I felt very comfortable in the apartment right away. It is located in a quiet residential area and yet close to the sea. The balcony is larger than it looks in the photos and it is sunny until the early afternoon. The apartment is very easy to reach by car and there are numerous parking options in the street - at least in the low season. The check-in was very straightforward, the communication with Bosio very good. I'll be back.

Our stay was beyond our expectations. Accommodation, host and excellent location for public transportation have made our short vacation very pleasant, relaxing and full of cultural stimuli. Looking forward to coming back and are grateful for the warm and professional hospitality

The apartment was very spacious, very clean, well equipped. Prime location at the old harbor There is a small minus - but the hostess can't do anything about it: Right in front of the windows was a place with many garbage cans and people threw glass (bottles) very loudly even in the middle of the night. Life just :) I never saw the hostess myself, but self-check-in was perfect and Freddy was reachable via SMS - we didn't need anything and felt very comfortable. Would come back anytime!

A lovely place to relax! We stayed in this apartment and were very pleased. We were pleasantly surprised by the welcome prosecco, the kitchen had everything we needed, including a dishwasher. We slept just fine — the apartment is very clean, cozy and fresh. In the evening, we dined outside, there is a convenient space for this. Parking is right at the house, the airport is about 20 minutes away. Many thanks to the hosts for their hospitality and attention to detail!

The place and the service fully met our expectations. The location is an excellent starting point for many day trips in all directions. We stayed 10 nights and really enjoyed our stay.

Giacomo was very kind and quick to respond, helpful. The apartment is conveniently located in the center and in a very quiet area. Great for families, even with a 4-legged friend.

We did not have the pleasure of meeting Vasco, but we got to spend time with Giacomo, who is very helpful, friendly and informative. Giacomo provided a quick (and, for us, better!) solution when we found the washing machine was not working as expected. We had been traveling a couple of weeks and so his help was very important! The house is ideal if occupied by the same family so that the grand, historic ground floor and rooftop terrace can be fully enjoyed. We rented just one apartment but there were no other guests; so we had use of the entire common space ourselves. Walking to restaurants and cafes in Cormons is about 15 minutes along via Colombicchio and via San Giovanni —this route offers views of the hills, as opposed to a quicker route through uninspiring residential streets. The location just on the edge of town is convenient for making day trips by car. The location is not rural, but there are fine views over green hills from the apartment.

Everything is perfect.. comfortable area in the center but at the same time quiet.. Very well cared for in the details... brand new bathroom! Perfect towels! The lady is kind and helpful! I recommend it!!

It was a great advantage for us to bring our dog and the dog beach was just 100 meters away. The city of Monfalcone is unfortunately very descriptive - but the location to Trieste / Koper or Gradow - Venice is good.

The apartment is equipped with everything you need and is very large and well furnished! Impeccable cleanliness! It is in a perfect position to visit Grado, Aquileia, Trieste, Gorizia and other important destinations 30/40 min max from Gradisca. Umberto, the owner, was always present and available to advise on the area and itineraries and always responded very quickly to our requests. We will definitely return to continue exploring this land that has really won us over!
