perfect apartment for a family of 4, very close to the beach, great parking space available, all the main amenities nearby including the train to get around downtown, a really pleasant week!

Apartment in a quiet location, very clean and well-kept. The kitchen is well equipped, I also found the minipimer and containers to store food in the fridge! We really appreciated the presence of the air conditioning, given the excessive heat of the past few days, but we were unable to use the balcony where the outdoor unit that heats it is arranged. An oven, convenience store (closed on Sundays) is a bar, and tobacconist are nearby. The beaches of Cala Galera and Feniglia are close and can be reached in a short time by car. Mrs. Susanna was very available to arrange check-in and check-out times. We had a beautiful but short vacation. Thanks.

Very well located apartment, 5 minutes walk from the port with entertainment and restaurants. Spectacular views of the whole harbor. Spacious, clean, practical and air-conditioned apartment. Well-equipped kitchen. This has nothing to do with the apartment, but the theme of parking is complex throughout Puerto San Stefano. Highly recommended and to repeat for sure at a next time.

Everything is fine, simple and quick communication, apartment very close to the beach

Great stay, we were with 6 friends and it met our every need. The house was exactly as shown in the photos, great location, with a nice terrace overlooking the sea. Only thing to keep in mind: it's very high, so a nice climb is waiting for you if you walk along the sea. The conad is 100m away.

Gorgeous views and sunsets and private cove. Nice apartment. Very difficult to find. GPS limited. Very remote and narrow paths. Bring groceries and be prepared for an adventure. Needs better instructions for finding destination or just go to boutique hotel next door. But undeniably beautiful location.

The house was amazing, especially the area and the views. Sitting outside and using the pool in this beautiful surrounding were absolutely fantastic. It's a very wie and lovely place with a very nice pizza oven and barbecue outside. The owner are very nice and the communication was really good. We would really like to come back. Thank you for everything and also for the nice olive oil!

A beautiful, perfectly maintained place with a truly unique atmosphere – almost like living in an art gallery for a few days. The heated pool was just perfect. The hosts communicated quickly and were very kind and attentive. The only small thing we could suggest is improving the kitchen equipment – a few more utensils or tools would be helpful. But it was not a problem for us, as we found everything we needed in the nearby shop. All in all, it was a great experience. We absolutely recommend it!

our week-long stay was very positive. The apartment on 2 floors had everything you need, clean and comfortable. Very friendly and hospitable family staff. Flexible check-in: we were able to access it already in the early morning. Strategic place to get to the most beautiful areas of the Maremma.

We stayed in this house for a weekend with friends and overall we had a very good time. The house is surrounded by greenery, secluded and very quiet, perfect for those looking for relaxation away from the chaos. The real highlight is the outdoor spaces: a nice pool, a hot tub, and a spacious veranda where we spent pleasant evenings. Also the first floor, with a well-equipped kitchen and two cozy rooms. There are many beds, so the place is also suitable for large groups, but it should be noted that the attic is a little overlooked: there was a lot of dust and one of the two beds is quite small and uncomfortable. The road to the house is also not the best, but considering the area we expected it. In general, I would recommend this house to those who want to relax together, taking advantage of the outdoor spaces and the silhouette of nature. With a few small improvements, it could become a perfect place to stay.

Home was great - was further out of Sassofortino than we had thought, although that’s on us rather than the hosts! But it’s down very steep, unlit, gravel paths so was difficult to drive and couldn’t walk alone at night (as we were visiting friends in the town). Was difficult to manage check in and check out without speaking Italian - although Elena who checked us in was lovely and very prompt!
