Holiday rentals with a pool in Province of Lecce

Beautiful house, super divided for three families, as there are three separate units and you can also retreat well. The disadvantage, however, is that the kitchens are not very large. We imagined the distance to the sea to be smaller, you can already walk there but it is (especially with children) not quite as close as expected. The communication with Giulia was great, she always responded quickly and kindly and was very helpful and accommodating. The apartments were very clean and the garden and Pool nice and well maintained.

We spent almost 3 weeks in this beautiful house and gardens and loved every single minute of it. The property was very comfortable and clearly loved and cherished by the hosts who have furnished it beautifully. The large outside space was perfect for dining out on warm evenings. We woke to birdsong each morning and felt completely relaxed. It’s the perfect position for visiting busy towns like Ostuni, Lecce, Otranto etc and we were 30 minutes from the lovely beaches of Porto Cesareo. Our stay was perfectly enhanced by the kind and gracious hosts. Antonio and Mira, who are the most wonderful people and couldn’t do enough to make our stay as comfortable as possible. They provided us with lots of local information and were very responsive to our questions. We can’t thank them enough.

We had an unforgettable time at Villa Boho as a group of 9 persons. Everything was like on the pictures and very clean. The communications has always been easy and friendly. The cleaning lady, Palmira, who came everyday, did a great job and was reliable. I would always come back and recommend a stay at the villa!

We felt completely comfortable. Rosanna welcomed us warmly and gave us useful tips. The house is in a beautiful unobstructed location... you could take a creative break here for a long time! The rooms and the furnishings are very tastefully designed. The pool is truly a dream. Beautiful water! In the kitchen it has everything you need. It is important to have a car, as a good supermarket is already a 10-minute drive away. The beaches are very nice and the water is clean and beautiful! Puglia is very pleasant to travel in the fall. Not everything is open anymore, but it has a lot fewer people!

giuliana's apartment has been written a lot. That's why I just want to add a few things that can help you decide if this is the right apartment. Basically it is a nice apartment, especially the outdoor area with pool and trees is wonderful. Communication with Giuliana was also excellent. Things to note: - The apartment is relatively shaded, in summer an advantage, rather too dark in October, as the terrace is also in the shade. - For two people, the apartment is optimal, four people are rather inconvenient. The guest couch may be fine for children, for adults and not recommended for several days, especially because the couch is a walk-through room. - It is also a pity that there is only one bistro table within the apartment and not a normal one, which is due to the size of the apartment and also works for 4 people. It's not really cozy, though.

We had a wonderful time. The house was amazing...so beautiful and beautiful decor...lots of upcycled pieces of furniture that we loved, you would know a lot of love went into this house. We loved the pool, we swam everyday in it, we are from Ireland so even though it was may it was very warm to us!! the village is beautiful, the locals are so friendly, it is not busy but has all you would want, local cafe/bar, supermarket, beautiful bakery and pizza place! it is quiet and relaxing and moves at a italian pace which was refreshing break from our lives at home. great base to explore other towns villages and beaches! what more can I say only we wish our time was longer in your beautiful house. thank you!!

We (7 people) had a great stay at Sara's place. The villa is very tastefully decorated, with everything you need. Each room has its own ensuite bathroom. The spacious covered veranda gives plenty of shade in the sun or makes it possible to be outdoors even in light rain. The infinity saltwater pool with ocean views and the outdoor kitchen with gas and charcoal grill are a real highlight. Also the rooftop terrace with sea view, which we used for yoga sessions. The location is super quiet in a villa district. Villa has a fantastic tuff stone garden. Santa Maria de Leuca is within walking distance. There are smaller shops and a few bars/restaurants. However, some things were closed during our travel time (mid-October). Weekly markets, larger supermarkets and restaurants in the neighboring towns between 5-8km. Sara and Sergio (contact person on site) were always available and super helpful. Clear recommendation. THANK YOU ❤️

Gabriele's house is a top find! We would have loved to stay even longer! The pictures don't even do it justice. Beautiful inside and outside spaces! Everything is spacious and clean, top furnished in garden and pool area, as well as kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms! The location is also perfect - full privacy and very peaceful but close to Lecce, the most beautiful beaches and cute little towns. Gabriele is such a great host! We felt immediately welcome! Gabriele made sure we had everything we needed and was easy to reach. Grazie mille ancora, Gabriele! Absolutely recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a great experience at Villa Regina and loved the apartment as well as the swimming pool. Great host and quick to accommodate any of our requests. 10 minutes away from downtown Gallipoli and withing walking distance from a groceries shop. Highly recommended.

Based on the pictures and the price, we already had high expectations. These expectations have been completely exceeded. It was really unprecedented, if you go to southern Italy, this is a MUST GO. So welcoming, such a nice tenuta, delicious breakfast every morning and attention was paid to everything, they really take an extra step to make you feel completely welcome and at home. We have been there our first 10 days of vacation to discover the south of Puglia. It is perfectly located for that, we have explored all the nice places in the area all less than an hour away. The only thing I regret is that we have booked this accommodation to start the holiday with, I am now writing this review from our second accommodation and it really falls into nothing compared to Tenuta San Trifone. I sincerely don't think you're going to find a better place to stay in the south of Puglia. Emanuele, Laura and the rest of the family, super thank you, it was great!

Very beautiful masseria, in a peaceful environment in the middle of the cicadas. the accommodation is pleasant and functional with a small private terrace well oriented for breakfast. the common areas are also very pleasant, especially the pool and the ping pong table :) Francesco and Sylvia are very friendly. Thank you to them for being very accommodating.

This place is a true gem! The pictures does not do it fully justice. The house itself is so beautiful, but also the olive grove that surrounds it it really something special. So beautiful, spacious and authentic. The host were extremely helpful and had great recommendations. It’s the perfect base to go experience Puglia - a car is a must though. Puglia has a lot of great food, but the orange marmelade made by the host mother is one of the single best thing I’ve ever tasted. We loved this place and would definitely love to come back.

Very nice small « old town » village, recommended restaurants in the village were very good with nice rooftop terrace. Nice small swimming pool to get refreshed. The apartment itself is well renovated with the charm of the old building. Good view on the terrace but beware of the wasp! Would recommend without hesitation

Fantastic. The apartment is clean and modern and host Stefania is very friendly and helpful. She is willing to answer all your questions and give extra information about the city. For us as users of the public transport the location is perfect. The train station is a fifteen minute walk. Within ten minutes you are in center of Lecce where you can view the beautiful city and enjoy all the delicious food that the region has to offer. The apartment itself is large with a separate bedroom and spacious areas to eat and sit comfortably. There is a small kitchen and a corner with a coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster. We were very curious about the private pool but it exceeded all our expectations! It's nice to cool off on hot day but it is even big enough for swimming a few small laps. The terrace is spacious, really private and has morning sun. The region has a lot to offer and we certainly didn't get bored in a week. So there is a good chance that we will return to this apartment!

wonderfully quiet location, outside the center of Leche, but within cycling distance. apparatus is as described with 2 very spacious bedrooms, neat kitchen with dishwasher and oven. You can sit on the terrace or by the pool. our host Alberto was fantastic. good communication, clear explanation and good tips. he also saved us out of trouble with a taxi company.

Fantastic stay. Warm welcome with extensive tips on what to do in the area. Apartment was very neat and well equipped with stuff to make a meal yourself. Swimming pool very clean and a very nice view over the area. Breakfast was very good; huge variety of savory and sweet foods. Stay highly recommended.

We had wonderful vacations! The house is quiet and close to the most beautiful places to visit! The pool is huge and very clean. Our family had plenty of space in the garden to relax. The owners were available throughout the stay and recommended superb places to us. We cant wait to come Back 😁

We had a perfect vacation thanks to the wonderful and well-kept house. The shady dining area outside and the beautiful garden, including lemon trees, provided additional ambience. Ideally, the quiet air conditioners in the bedrooms. The intermediate cleaning on Wednesdays is also very nice. Fabio is a great host - he was always available and provided us with valuable information. The nearby beach and the very clean clear sea water in combination with the pool (if it got too hot) are fantastic. Restaurants can easily be reached within 10 minutes by car. The area (Otrando, Lecce, Gallipoli) is enchanting.

The quintessential Apulian experience, and the host Dario was top notch!

This villa is absolutely beautiful, as it offers exquisite interiors and high vaulted ceilings that make you feel as if you are staying in a palace. The rooms were great and provided our group (7 adults and two children) enough space and privacy, yet allowed for lovely communal areas where we could come together. The house was very clean and the garden was beautiful. Giugganello is a very small town, but is a good location to explore the wider region from. We had a few issues with the booking company who was supporting in the check-in and the hosting - and they, Happy Rentals, were very unimpressive and unresponsive, however Massimo the owner, who lives next door, was extremely helpful with any issues that we had and responded quickly and effectively to ensure everything was sorted. He also gave us some good tips with regards to the surrounding areas and things to do and see. We had a wonderful family holiday here and would love to go back!

The place is exactly like shown in the photos. Lots of attentions to details given. The compound is very nice with the pool and outside sitting area. The photos don’t show you the surrounding area out side the compound which is bleak. Must have a car to get around. The town is 20min walking on a busy road with no side walk.
