Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Province of Matera

L'appartement est conforme à la description, très propre. L'accueil est très sympathique. Le petit déjeuner (offert) est très copieux. Bonne literie. La petite ville dispose d'une très belle abbaye, on y croise des gens qui disent "bonjour", chose plutôt rare de nos jours. Excellent séjour, merci à notre hôte.

Ook al bleven we maar twee nachten in Grottole, we hebben echt kunnen genieten van het huis en. de omgeving. Eliane was een heel fijne gastvrouw, we voelden ons meteen welkom. Het huis is mooi gerenoveerd en stijlvol ingericht. Wat een mooi project! Een aanrader!

siamo stati accolti molto bene con check in anticipato dal sig Pino estremamente gentile e decisamente molto dettagliato nelle spiegazioni del luogo che avevamo sottovalutato ma che ci sono state utili nel nostro soggiorno a Matera. La zona è tranquilla ma per arrivare al centro è meglio spostarsi in macchina. L' appartamento è abbastanza nuovo, pulitissimo e molto fresco nonostante le elevate temperature esterne. Ci hanno anche lasciato tutto l' occorrente per fare colazione. nel complesso ottima esperienza, grazie mille!

Appartamento ristrutturato a nuovo, accogliente e confortevole. Noi eravamo in 2 ma ci stanno tranquillamente 4 persone. Siamo stato accolti di persona da Giovanni che è stato molto premuroso e disponibile. Le spiagge di Policoro si raggiungono in circa 20 minuti di auto, Matera in circa un'oretta. Ottimo punto per visitare i luoghi di interesse della zona. Consigliato!

Francesco e la sua famiglia sono stati degli host gentilissimi e sempre disponibile. La casa è in un punto panoramico stupendo molto vicino al parco nazionale del pollino per poter effettuare vari percorsi nella natura anche in giornata. Noi eravamo con la nostra cagnolona e il giardino enorme della casa era perfetto anche per lei. Casa ordinata, dotata di tutti i comfort. Super consigliato, ci torneremo!

This is a great place to stay to check out the whole of the old town of Matera. One bedroom is fabulous, the kitchen is very well equipped and the bathrooms are fine. The second bedroom could do with some more furniture - a small table, bedside lights etc. if there are two of you one of you will get a much shorter straw (we flipped a coin)!

Casa molto comoda, ben fornita e davvero pulita. Proprietaria gentile e disponibile. Il luogo è facile da trovare. Calciano non offre molto (a parte paesaggi stupendi), ma è un buon punto per esplorare la zona. In ogni caso, ci siamo trovati benissimo

Che dire, partendo dal presupposto che al giorno d’oggi trovare gente così umile e così brava è veramente raro! Io e i miei compagni di viaggio, in un momento di estrema difficoltà avuta con il nostro mezzo di trasporto, abbiamo chiesto aiuto a Federica dove non ha esitato a perdere tempo, insieme a suo padre il signor Senatro a venirci incontro per aiutarci. Sono stati super disponibili e davvero gentili, consiglio VIVAMENTE il loro appartamento super accogliente e confortevole. Io e i miei amici nonostante l’inconveniente avuto, siamo rimasti davvero contenti e super soddisfatti! Grazie ancora per tutto, non smetteremo mai di ringraziarvi! Un abbraccio 💕

L’appartamento era pulitissimo, ordinato e accogliente, trasmettendo fin da subito una sensazione di comfort e cura. La comunicazione con Francesca è stata veloce, chiara e sempre disponibile: ogni nostra domanda ha trovato risposta in tempi rapidissimi, con grande gentilezza e professionalità. Non abbiamo riscontrato alcun problema, e ci siamo sentiti seguiti e coccolati per tutta la durata del soggiorno. È evidente quanto Francesca tenga a far sentire i suoi ospiti a casa. Se in futuro avremo bisogno di un alloggio, sappiamo già che la prima persona che contatteremo sarà lei. Grazie mille Francesca, sei stata fantastica! 🌟

וואוו! איזה בית.... אחד הטובים שהייתי בהם. הרגשה משפחתית. סביבה מאוד שקטה. המארחים היו נחמדים מאוד מאוד מאוד מאוד. דאגו לי להסעה לפסטיבל בטריקאריקו. בזכות המארחים חוויתי את אחד הפסטיבלים הצבעוניים והעוצמתיים שהייתי בהם. המארחים מיוזמתם גם ערכו עבורי סיור בעיר העתיקה בעיירה. כל כך רגשתם אותי לשמוע ולראות את ההיסטוריה של קרלו לוי. תודה גדולה . אין כמוכם...

Ho soggiornato qui per una notte e ne sono rimasto entusiasta! L'appartamento è molto curato, con uno stile semplice ma accogliente, e tutto era impeccabilmente pulito. Si trova in una posizione ideale, a pochi passi dal centro storico di Tricarico. La proprietaria è stata davvero cordiale, fornendoci indicazioni dettagliate e rispondendo velocemente a ogni nostra domanda. Un soggiorno breve, ma che mi ha lasciato un bellissimo ricordo! Consigliatissimo per chi cerca tranquillità e un tocco autentico della Basilicata.

Het appartement is zeer ruim en aangenaam koel, en een uitstekende uitvalsbasis voor bezoeken aan Matera en Gravina. Het ligt aan de rand van het gezellige centro storico van Altamura. Annamaria en Antonio zijn perfecte hosts, hulpvaardig en hebben tal van tips voor restaurants en bezienswaardigheden. Een absolute aanrader!

What a great place! The hosts were extremely friendly. The apartment is quite large-much bigger than the pictures can show. It was comfortable and clean and a nice place to stay in Highly recommend.

Nous avons passé 5 jours dans le logement. Il est situé en campagne au calme, et surtout parfait pour rayonner sur tout le sites touristiques de la région. Le logement est tout à fait recommandable pour une famille de 4 (j'avais lu dans un commentaire qu'il était un peu petit pour une famille de quatre mais ce n'est pas le cas). Cuisine bien équipé, tout était bien pour nous, je reprendrais ce logement sans hésiter!

Overall- incredible. In a rustic building, but the space was very modern. The kitchen was stocked with all needed items and more. Same with the bathrooms. Lots of extra bedding. No complaints about the space, but the real star of the show was the location, animals, and friendly hosts. Hectares of farmland, with beautiful view of the sunset when it’s clear. There were dogs (very friendly), cats, sheep, a pig, chickens, and ducks and geese. The staff of the farm and Nicola were all easy to talk to and friendly. The dogs did a great job of keeping the property safe! It was fun to be surrounded by real life on the farm.

Great service, very good communication and very very clean appartment. Great pool with enough beds to relax. Swimming cap is required which keeps also the pool very clean. lovely welcome drink, breakfast cake, coffee provided. Just great!!

Our visit at Masseria Misossero was truly pleasant! After we have arrived to the place Miriam showed us the house and explained how to take care of the facility. The communication was clear and fast when we had any questions. We were happy about the overall cleanliness of the house. It is a beautiful area and we enjoyed the views every day. We loved the big pool. Thank you for the lovely stay!

It's a perfect place to stay for big group. Large kitchen, dining area and living hall. Giovanni had been a great host. Prepare breakfast every morning and responsive host. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Matera & Alberobello area.

Casa immersa nella campagna, ben attrezzata, con il necessario anche per la cucina, c'è anche una griglia volendo, ho sentito solo la mancanza del microonde. La casa è pulita, si effettua la raccolta differenziata, e nel cortile troverete qualche micio a salutarvi, oltre ad avere un pezzo di terreno con ulivi e altri alberi. Se volete rilassarvi è il posto perfetto!

This was our third visit to the property and it was exactly what we needed, as always. Beautiful surroundings, well-provisioned kitchen with plenty of space to eat and lovely large pool.

Det skønneste hus og de sødeste værter i Italien! Vi blev budt velkommen med den mest fantastiske frokost med iskold prosecco, forskellige lækre retter baseret på lokale råvarer fra Apulien samt blød og velsmagende friskbagt kage. Vi havde oplyst værten om, at vi havde et barn på 3 år og en baby på 6 måneder med, og da vi ankom, havde de sørget for at klargøre puslepuder, højstole, legetøj og legetæppe, blespand, tremmeseng osv., så vi absolut intet skulle tænke over selv - til meget stor glæde for forældrene. Derudover købte værten de sødeste gaver til vores ældste barn på 3 år, da vi tjekkede ud efter 18 dage i luksuriøse og trygge omgivelser. Vi havde ofte kontakt til værterne, som virkelig fik os til at føle os velkomne og godt tilpas. De sørgede for lokale anbefalinger til spisesteder, seværdigheder mv., og de hjalp os bl.a. med at bestille bord på en skøn lokal restaurant. Alt i alt et uforglemmeligt ophold! 5 stjerner til Ottavio og Margherita. Vi kommer helt sikkert tilbage!
