This trip will take you on a detailed tour of the Baunei Coast to Cala Luna, the furthest point we will reach. We will travel with a maximum of 12 people + the skipper (Cristian or Francesco). The tour may vary depending on weather conditions, the number of beach presences, and crew conditions. - We are at 8:15 at the port of Santa Maria Navarrese, in front of the port bar, pier D. Check-out is at 8:30 am When sailing, we will break the journey with some photo stops: Pedralonga's spire, the extraordinary waterfalls of Baus, the Grotta dei Colombi and the beach of Goloritzé are just a few of the many attractions that this coastline has to offer. We will descend to the beaches of Cala Mariolu, Cala Biriala and Cala Luna for about 1h 30’, with an order that can vary depending on the period, chosen due to the sun hours and the flow of tourists, factors that vary during the season. Between stops, we plan to visit the Grotta del Fico (+10€ Adults, +5€ children) , to enter the heart of this limestone coast. A nice swim stop in the waters of Cala Goloritzè will refresh us before you return. On our way back we will visit the coves of Portu Cuau and Portu Pedrosu, the famous fjords developed between the walls of Cape Monte Santo. The return to the port is between 5:00 pm and 5:30 pm.

Facilmente riconoscibile per la scultura di un delfino sopra uno scoglio in mezzo al mare , la spiaggia dello scoglio lungo è la nostra base di partenza. Scogliere rocciose a piattaforma , pareti strapiombanti e piccole spiaggette guideranno questo nuovo nostro tour . La costa irregolare e frastagliata si presenta ricca di insenature , nelle quali si aprono numerose grotte, armatevi di coraggio… la grotta dell’inferno vi attende. N.B. Per il rispetto dei fragilissimi habitat,delle normative locali e per la nostra e vostra sicurezza, non sarà possibile entrare nelle grotte con rischio frana.

La tessitura rientra tra quei mestieri affidati da sempre alla cura delle donne, che sta scomparendo, almeno dalle nostre parti. Con pochi gesti si recuperano millenni di sapere e personalmente la trovo una tecnica meditativa, un modo per rilassarmi. La tessitura è una parte molto importante dell'artigianato sardo, molto varia per motivi, colori e tecniche. Nel mio workshop vi guiderò alle tecniche base della tessitura attraverso una dimostrazione. I partecipanti saranno invitati a partecipare e provare l'emozione che si ha quando ci si sente di fronte al telaio. I materiali usati saranno tutti naturali e ovviamente forniti dalla casa. Durante il workshop sarò felice di comunicarvi tutta la mia passione e tutto il mio sapere riguardo la tessitura tradizionale sarda come si è evoluta e che futuro l’attende. durante l'esperienza vi sarà servità una merenda che potremo consumare insieme chiaccherando di tessitura tradionale

Potrete vedere come si produce il tipico pecorino sardo, dal primo step della colatura del latte fino alla formazione della forma di formaggio. Nell'attesa che la cagliata sia pronta potrete gustare un aperitivo con salumi e vino di produzione propria. Assisterete all'arte della caseificazione che ancora si conserva e si tramanda per generazioni e che permette di produrre uno dei cibi più genuini della nostra regione.

Vi porterò nel magico mondo della filigrana sarda , un'arte antica che mi è stata tramandata da mio padre Libero Patteri e che porto avanti con passione e dedizione . Inizieremo dalla fusione dei metalli preziosi , alla laminatura , trafilatura fino alla realizzazione di un piccolo gioiello in filigrana sarda. Sarò felice ed orgoglioso di cedere il mio banchetto e di far toccare con mano questa bellissima arte per farvi immergere completamente nel mio mondo .

Il vostro percorso terminerà con una degustazione guidata dei formaggi abbinati a delle ottime confetture, realizzate dalla titolare, e del buon vino.

Ready to experience the wonderful feeling of being in the turquoise water? Entering in a beautiful and wide cavern with stalactites and incredible colors? We will meet and you get the equipment necessary for the snorkeling! I will give you a briefing around the area and what we will see underwater. If you like, I will inform you about the best techniques for snorkeling, in order to enjoy this experience to the fullest! We will swim along the coast of Cala Gonone where we will recognize fishes and invertebrate living there. We will explore a cavern wide open with stalactites, where we will see the different colors and the sea life. Other things to note: Snorkeling is an easy activity but it requires good energy! This activity can be tailored on your physical preparation but you need to know how to swim! If you have special needs, please contact me so you can book a private group. Come at the meeting point with your own car. Take water with you and whatever you might need in case you decide to stay at the beach after the activity. In case of bad weather it's possible to get a coaching session instead or cancel the activity.

I will wait for you in my Antico Borgo in the countryside 16 KM from the city of Olbia, where upon arrival I will show you the property consisting of nine Stazzi (typical houses of the area), dating back to 1700. We will offer you a welcome tasting with our best products homemade. A Sardinian breakfast if in the morning or a Sardinian aperitif if in the evening. Then we will prepare an ancient pasta, teaching the secrets of the processing and embroidery of pasta, all in an exclusive place where it will be like going back in time. Ancient utensils and typical kitchen tools will be displayed and used. We will cook for you the pasta that you have prepared and that you will taste together with our homemade wine and a selection of products offered by us, including our cheeses and our bread. Guests will be guided into the winegrover work by a visit at our vineyard where they will approach the different moments of our work and different kind of wine plants that we grow up. After a tour of around 30 mn we will stop for an aperitivo to taste our white wine and rosè and to continue our talk about the fascinating wine world. Then, we will join our expert meat cooker and start the dinner that will take place in the middle of the lines of wine plants. Guests would also have simply the possibility to stop at the vineyard for an aperitivo without dinner. The experience takes place into a larger dinner offer that also opens to other groups for a maximum number of 20 places. Dinner is composed by starters of cheese and cold meat, grilled meat of pig, some vegetables and local fruit. Wine and water are included. We also offer to taste the local rib of veal meat menu for 10€ extra per person or the traditional roasted milk pig for 10€ extra per person ( this option only when we have enough requests). We leave in the morning at 8,30 - 9,00 from the tourist port of Arbatax. We’ll ho to the north, first passing by the islet of Ogliastra, then we'll go to PERDA LONGA and admire the wonderful spire of BAUNEI, 128 m high up the sea and declared a natural monument from UNESCO since 1993. Now a refreshing dip in the emerald and cool waters is a must. Now we're going towards CAPE MONTESANTO, the most extreme point south of the gulf of Orosei. Just before we get to the cave of the pigeons. After the CAPE we'll continue to immerse ourselves in the natural beauty of the coast that rises more and more in height. A few minutes and we'll arrive at the inlet exposed to the winds of north-east, also known as PORTU QUAU ( that means in sardinian language: SHELTERED PORT), where the fishermen find shelter from the winds from south-east and where in 1963 happened the tragic shipwreck of the sheep LEVANTE, during which all 12 sailors of his crew were died. On the backdrop are still visible the remains. Them we arrive at mythical and unique CALA GOLORITZE' and than at CALA MARIOLU and after a break we take the road back, that if there is the right wind we do sailing. Minicruise in the scenic Gulf of Orosei aboard the raft. The Departure is scheduled from the port of Cala Gonone (long pier) at 10:00. We will start the tour sailing along the coast and I will guide you through the most hidden corners, with the possibility of a swim inside small caves. We will continue on to Cala Biriola where you will stop for an hour. We proceed to Piscine di Venere where there will be a short stop for a leap from the boat. The tour goes as far as you reach the beautiful Cala Goloritzè, where we will stop again, to allow you to dive into the unspoiled waters and be able to see the imposing arch that characterizes the beach. It's expected to go back to Cala Mariolu, where we will stop for lunch for an hour and a half. We continue to sail until we reach our last stop on the trip, Cala Luna. The return to Cala Gonone port is scheduled at 17:30. Maximum group of people onboard: 10 plus skipper. PLEASE NOTE that the minimum group of people for the departure is 5.
