Really good, clean and secure place. Not too far to walk to train station or centre (if able bodied). Giovanna met us personally for check in. Definitely stay again if we were to return to Piacenza. If you do do a trip to Piacenza make sure to see the dome of the Duomo and the library.

Really very helpful and kind! Beautiful area, very quiet and not difficult to reach. Very clean apartment and exactly as described! We had a great time! The ability to light the fireplace was a great plus. Well-stocked and comfortable kitchen!

Valentina was a wonderful and responsive host. She personally greeted me and showed me around the place. She also responded to me at midnight when I had trouble unlocking the door (hint: if the door doesn't unlock, firmly pull it and turn the lock to the left. it's because I didn't close it properly!). The apartment is small but clean and modern. Tiny shower but great water pressure and no issues with temperature. Modern appliances and a comfy bed. I had everything I needed and felt at peace. I will definitely stay here again when traveling to Parma! Thank you Valentina, you made my stay comfortable and gave me confidence to explore the city like a local. Btw Totino's pizza is down the street, surprisingly some of the best pizza I had in Parma.

He really gave everything so that we – my family, our children and even our dog – are completely happy. He was there in every situation, with action, a smile or loving gestures. Our children were absolutely thrilled, and even our dog immediately felt at home. A beautiful, spacious garden with berry bushes, trees and countless loving details. You can feel how much love for nature and mindfulness is in every corner. It is a place of peace and beauty that you don't want to leave. I would write a lot more if it were possible here. The stay in this accommodation was truly impeccable! The house was exactly as described: attention to detail and equipped with all the necessary comforts to feel at home. The location was in a quiet area and a short walk from the historic center, ideal for exploring the city without stress. The host was available, kind and attentive to every need. He provided very useful information on restaurants and public transport, always being present but never intrusive. The attention to small details was also very much appreciated: there was something to eat for breakfast, coffee capsules... I would recommend this accommodation without hesitation to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-organized experience.

Giovanni's apartment was ideal for our short stay in Parma. I particularly liked the two independent bedrooms, each with its own air conditioning. We really liked the apartment.

Perfect place for our family of three, super apartment and hosts!

A trip chosen almost to play with my girlfriend Oriana, three days of wonderful emotions and feelings to take home. Assunta and Ivan, with their Matilde (beautiful dog of extraordinary sweetness), transported us into a dream, from the warm welcome, to the small attentions. And if the details make a difference, and they do, there are a lot of details here, from the cleanliness of the place to the crazy breakfasts! A project, that of their B&B, of extraordinary beauty. From the entrance there are wonderful scents, from lavender to dry straw; the colors are earthy, natural, sincere, a bit like their smile. It was great to chat with them about anything. We recommend learning how much more you need to know about the place and the surroundings. There are wonderful stories in those valleys full of nature, and they're there within walking distance. This extraordinary place really deserves to be seen, but above all lived. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our stay very much, everything worked out well. The apartment was inviting and clean, the communication with Martina very nice. Parma is a great city!In fact, the street in front of the apartment can be heard very clearly inside, but that did not bother us. The private parking behind the house is great.

Alberto and Margherita always provide a warm and welcoming stay. It is great for business travel in the region.

the All Included formula has fully satisfied us to have breakfast included and especially the beach with sun loungers and umbrella took away the problem of looking and having to book

I was favorably impressed by the Trebbia Valley, but the accommodation was also great. Recently renovated with new and complete furnishings. The apartment is generously sized and was clean. Claudio also provided us with valuable information about the surroundings and restaurants to visit. With sympathy and efficiency, he was always close to us with discretion, answering our questions in a few minutes. If we decide to spend more time in the area, we will definitely turn to him.
