A perfect place for private parties, with incredible potential! We organized a party in this beautiful house and the atmosphere was really special. The spaces are large and welcoming, ideal for large groups, with indoor and outdoor areas perfect for socializing and having fun. The pool, although above ground, was very appreciated, even if an underground version would enhance the environment even more. Some details of the house need minor finishing work, but overall the setting is already very beautiful and with some work it could become truly exceptional. We'd love to come back!

We had a great week with friends at Luisa and Guido's. We were afraid of being hot, but with the fans and pool, it was perfect. We even had access to the kitchen and outdoor shower room. Luisa also prepared focaccia for us for August 15, it was delicious. We recommend it!!

Filippo was a wonderful host, and extremely responsive — when we had a problem he got back to us in minutes! The house is beautiful, and has impossibly gorgeous views and sunsets. Can’t recommend it highly enough. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Pleasant surprise, the house offers ample space and is well heated. The warm and welcoming environment and the thoughtful furniture made the atmosphere special. We stayed in three families and the game room allowed us to have fun with our teenage children, helpful and friendly guests. Nothing was really missing in this house! The landscape is really relaxing and with a short walk you can easily reach the characteristic villages. Recommended

Very spacious country home with entire upper floor guest apartment including terrace and garden. In the country so a car is likely necessary but quiet roads with fields and vineyards to walk.

Mary's house is welcoming, lively, and pleasant. Mary trusted us by welcoming us to this beautiful family home, and we had a great vacation with the kids. The house is well-equipped, perfect for a stay in the heart of Liguria and close to Genoa. Mary was a host full of attention and great tips to make the stay even more enjoyable and share the beautiful places to discover nearby. We even had the chance to experience the village party! I stayed with my dog the second week of July 2024, the welcome and stay were excellent. The owners, who live in the same building, are available if necessary. The apartment has all the necessary amenities. Externally, the home is very well cared for and structured so that everyone has their own privacy. Recommended!

Lovely accommodation. The beautiful view of the hills and the peace that you can breathe is indescribable. The opportunity to experience the outdoor spaces makes the stay even more pleasant. Amazing place :) the area is nice, great place for two persons, making fire was a plus.

The house was extremely charming, perfect for a big family or, like us, a group of friends. Very spacious with a wonderful kitchen which became one of the centre points where we often came together and socialised. Beautiful views and so so tranquil, we slept so well and woke to peace and beauty. We are all talking about coming back and experiencing this again. The owners were friendly and charming people who made us feel welcome. Overall a wonderful experience and extremely good value for such a property!

The flat was really nice and the surroundings breathtaking. We loved staying here. The pool was cristalclear and the poolarea and garden lovely with lavender and jasmine everywhere. This is a really quiet place were you can enjoy nature, wineyards and relax by the pool. The local restaurant Mondo was really nice. We would love to come back someday soon!

We had a wonderful stay! The view over the vineyards is absolutely stunning, and the pool was a real highlight – perfect for relaxing. Alberto was very kind and helpful, which made us feel really welcome. There are also some great restaurants nearby, which was a big plus. The only small downside was that the beds were a bit worn-out, but everything else more than made up for it.

We loved our stay at Il Poggio, we felt welcomed from the moment of our arrival until we left. The host family were very lovely and gave us lots of useful tips for our visit as well as providing lovely breakfasts. On two evenings we ate dinner at their wine tasting room alongside several glasses of their delicious wine.

We had a lovely week here. The house and surroundings where even better IRL than the pictures showed. A big house with amazing views of the surrounding landscape. The pool also had a great view and although close to the road, felt very private. The house worked really well for 2 families. The free wine was amazing, what a service! :) Our local contact, Matteo Piccinini, was very quick to get in contact with and also gave us suggestions for things to do in the area. All in all a great location and a beautiful house!

I booked this accommodation for my in-laws and they had a great time. The villa is located in the countryside in a quiet and peaceful environment. We were welcomed by Andrea's wife, a delightful lady who lived next door and was available for any needs. The rooms are furnished with a very elegant and welcoming taste and are equipped with all the comforts that a hotel could have. On the ground floor, there is a very nice and welcoming common area. Highly recommended host and accommodation ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
