House holiday rentals in Province of Rimini

Grazie per aver ospitato la mia famiglia! (7 adulti con 2 bambini) Villa con piscina incantevole. Un bagno per ogni stanza. Ottima per una vacanza di coppie o famiglie. Super spaziosa, con tutto quello che serve per passare dei giorni in tranquillità lontani dallà città. Mariaelena e Francesco super host, sempre disponibili a rispondere a ogni nostro dubbio, Super consigliata!

In diesem Haus sind wir alle zur Ruhe gekommen. Wir waren drei Familien, die hier eine Woche zusammen gelebt und gelacht haben. Wie könnte man besser entspannen. Sicher ist es nicht das perfekte Haus, aber vielleicht ist gerade das so schön gewesen. Jeder hat so seine Nische und Rückzugsort gefunden und das hat das Haus, seine Bewohner (viele Eidechsen:)!) und die Umgebung so einzigartig gemacht. Pool und Tischtennisplatte sind auch sehr gut angekommen und waren immer im Eisatz. Für uns- da sind wir uns alle einig- war das der schönste Urlaub! Guiseppe war immer für uns da, was auch so ein heimeliges Gefühl in uns ausgelöst hat. Grazie mille!

Il nostro soggiorno qui è stato fantastico! Casa moderna,spaziosa,pulitissima e dotata di tutti i comfort: lavatrice,asciugatrice,lavastoviglie,microonde,macchinetta del caffè,aria condizionata in tutte le stanze,sauna e bagno turco… Anche lo spazio esterno è un sogno!!! Una grande piscina dove nuotare,lettini per rilassarsi al sole, barbecue per grigliare e tavolo da Ping pong per divertirsi con gli amici… Insomma… non manca proprio nulla qui!! Anche la zona è strategica: Se non si ha voglia di spostare la macchina a pochi minuti a piedi c’è un supermercato, un bar/ pasticceria dove far colazione e ottimi ristoranti dove cenare!! Per chi cerca un po’ di divertimento bastano 15/20 minuti di auto per raggiungere Rimini e Riccione… Direi il luogo perfetto per le vacanze!!! Davide è un ragazzo estremamente cordiale e disponibile! Un Host perfetto! Che dire… diamo 5 stelle ma ne vorremmo dare almeno 10!!! Torneremo sicuramente!!!

Die Unterkunft war unglaublich schön! Die Lage, die Einrichtung - einfach alles. Kommunikation mit Giulia war ebenfalls super, schnelle Antwort und Hilfe. Absolut zu empfehlen!

Wir wurden freundliche empfangen und alles wurde uns persönlich erklärt. Die Lage ist abgeschieden und ruhig, keine Einsicht durch Nachbarn, sehr privat. Der Stellplatz unter der Begrünung spendet dem Auto Schatten während der Sommerzeit. Der Wintergarten ist prima für die Übergangszeit im frühen Frühjahr oder Vorweihnachtszeit, im Sommer ist es zu warm. Die Klimaanlagen in den (3) Schlafräumen sind sehr hilfreich um den Raum vor dem Zubettgehen noch etwas herunterzukühlen. Der Pool ist super und auf der Liege hat man eine schöne Aussicht auf die tolle Landschaft, ebenso auf der Veranda. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, inkl. einer Bosch Spülmaschine (leider waren die Düsen von den Vormietern komplett verstopft, da der Filter nicht richtig eingesetzt war). Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Insgesamt könnte das Objekt noch etwas Nachbesserung vertragen, der Veranda-Holz-Boden ist abgenutzt und die Steine der Poolumrandung zerfallen bereits. Aber das schätzt sicher jeder anders ein.

Beautiful stay in a beautiful country home. My college aged daughter got a 5 week internship at an operhouse in Novafeltria (25 minutes from the property), and we planned a family vacation for after job ended. We stayed at this property for 4 nights, and we couldn't have picked a better place. The grounds were so peaceful, and the pool was perfect in the evenings after a day's worth of activities. The house was immaculate. Kitchen was very well outfitted, and Carlotta even included a few breakfast items and a cake. Beds and linens were super comfortable, and the AC in each bedroom was effective and welcome. Ravenna is about an hour away, and the beach in Rimini is just a half hour from the house as well. We rented a car in Bologna and drove in to this property, and it was very easy to get around and to the beaches and towns. Thank you Carlotta, for sharing such a beautiful place.

je remercie Mathéo sa femme ainsi que leur chienne 😅 pour leur accueil. Ce sont des personnes super sympathique. Le logement possède un jardin super agréable avec une petite piscine bien fraîche pour les journées chaudes. Le logement est pas très loin de toutes les activités.

La dimora è molto spaziosa, dalla struttura particolare. Molto disponibili i proprietari. Pochi minuti a piedi e si è in spiaggia. Il lido san Giuliano è tranquillo e adatto a famiglie con bambini. Poco oltre, la spiaggia e il centro di Rimini. Vicinissimi alla casa supermarket e ortofrutta, poco oltre pizzerie e ristorantini. Benvenuti nella nostra bella Italia.

Alles in allem top! Unterkunft war super sauber, ruhig gelegen und echt schön! Wir haben um einen Tag verkürzt, da das Wetter so gar nicht mitgespielt hat. Wurde sofort angenommen. Wir kommen wieder

Validissima alternativa di alloggio rispetto a quelle classiche in città. Ideale per chi voglia concedersi una fuga romantica. Anche per me, che ci sono andata con mia figlia adolescente , è stato piacevolissimo. Lo consiglio a chiunque, purché non abbia problemi di deambulazione, visto che si tratta di alloggio in borgo arroccato

Tutto perfetto - dal check-in alla posizione e pulizia dell’alloggio. Una ottima struttura immersa nel verde, a solo 10 minuti dal mare. Carlo e Novella sono host gentilissimi, con cui avere ottime conversazioni! Grazie mille anche per i consigli sulla zona. Buonissima anche la colazione! Assolutamente da raccomandare.

I recently had an incredible stay at an Airbnb that exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the host's warm welcome made me feel right at home. The space was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the essentials, plus some thoughtful extras like local snacks and guidebooks. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the location was perfect—close to all the main attractions yet peaceful and quiet. Communication with the host was seamless, and they were quick to offer helpful recommendations. Overall, it was a flawless experience, and I can't wait to return!

Charming little apartment, great for a romantic escapade. Abramo has been extremely helpful, helping me out with some specific needs and communication was always timely. Would definitely go again.

Wir waren zu zweit für eine Woche in dieser traumhaften Unterkunft und waren sehr begeistert. Mit viel Liebe zum Detail, fühlt man sich sofort wie zu Hause. Alles war sehr sauber und super ausgestattet. Der Aussenbereich ist ebenfalls privat und großzügig. Wir haben uns hier rundum wohl gefühlt. Der Gastgeber Giovanni hat uns herzlich willkommen geheißen, war sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Er ist stets erreichbar gewesen und stand für alle Fragen zur Verfügung. Wir wurden direkt am Bahnhof empfangen und am Abreisetag auch wieder zum Bahnhof begleitet. Alles war perfekt und wir würden uns auf jeden Fall erneut für diese Unterkunft entscheiden!

Appartamento in centro a Cattolica di facile accesso, ampio, spazioso, funzionale, pulito. Ottimo l’ampio terrazzo, fruibile per cenare o pranzare all’aperto. Due balconi e l’esposizione su tre lati garantiscono un’ottima ventilazione dell’appartamento che permette di utilizzare il condizionatore al minimo. La disponibilità di quattro biciclette è stato un plus molto gradito. La cucina funziona egregiamente. Unico lato negativo, non legato all’ appartamento in sé, è il rumore dei motorini che sfrecciano nella via sottostante. Non posso che lasciare un’ottima recensione, un posto da tenere a mente per le prossime escursioni in riviera romagnola.

Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben, direkt beim arco di augusto und somit sehr nah an der stadt gelegen, ca 5 Minuten. Dort gibt es viele Bars und Restaurants. Man konnte dort zu fuss alles sehr schnell erreichen. Auch ist der parco alcide cervi direkt vor der haustür. Das war perfekt für unseren Hund. Dem park folgend erreichte man den Strand und die Promenade. Zu fuss waren es zum Strand etwa 20 minuten. Die unterkunft war sehr schön und sauber, es gab alles was man gebraucht hat. Die terasse war umzäunt (perfekt für einen hund). Eine apotheke, restaurants und einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in höchstens 5 min abstand. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und gut erreichbar. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Danke :)

è stato un soggiorno stupendo! l'alloggio è in una posizione che offre un panorama meraviglioso. Il soggiorno è stato veramente rilassante e rigenerante! l'alloggio era davvero bello, nuovo, pulito, dona molta calma e relax! I proprietari sono persone favolose, con cui chiacchierare molto volentieri e scoprire la loro realtà affascinante!

Appartamento carino e ben curato, qualche dettaglio da migliorare ma tutto pulito e con ogni comfort. Cucina attrezzata con pentole, piatti ed il necessario per prepararsi qualcosa, all’arrivo abbiamo trovato un meraviglioso vassoio con il necessario per la colazione. Bagno molto pulito con shampoo, bagnodoccia, phon e asciugamani. Camere confortevoli con libri e giochi per bambini e adulti. Posizione vicina a San Marino, Rimini raggiungibili comodamente in auto. Posto consigliato, host gentilissima e disponibile.

appartamento e arredamento stupendi, un misto tra classico e moderno, molto confortevole pulitissimo e curato sotto ogni aspetto. Il sig. Paolo tanto disponibile e reattivo ha lasciato nell appartamento tutto il necessario e oltre, ci siamo sentiti a casa nostra. super consigliato grazie di cuore.

Our stay was fantastic. The apartment is small but really spacious. We felt like at home. The view is amazing and neighborhood quiet. Supermarkets and restaurants are 10 minutes walk distance. The town is lovely. Michael is really friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this place!
