The living room is the ideal space to relax: a comfortable sofa, a 50" smart TV (access to Netflix) and a perfect table for dining or working on the PC. The hallway leads to the spacious bedroom (with 40" smart TV) and the bathroom (equipped with a hairdryer and washer-dryer). Very central!

Former church of the old seminary. It is an octagonal cloister, located in the center of Rovigo, the former residence of the Bishop. The property dates back to 1592, with subsequent renovations, inside you can still find stones from the period. It is a unique environment with the master bedroom on the mezzanine. The sofa becomes a bed and therefore the apartment can accommodate up to 4 people but is ideal for 2.

Luminoso monolocale con grande terrazza al secondo piano con ascensore, centralissimo, appena fuori dalla ZTL, 700mt dalla stazione dei treni, 300mt da Palazzo Roverella e Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II, 600mt dal Teatro sociale.
