Beachfront holiday rental in Province of Trieste

The communication was great, the apartment is easy to find, you just have to know the "passage" between the Viale Dante Alighieri and the beach, then you will find it immediately. The accommodation is very nice, was more than sufficient for 4 people and also the two large balconies were great for shared breakfasts. Unfortunately, the parking lot that you can add to the accommodation was already occupied when we asked, and parking in Grado is rather difficult but we were able to arrange it differently. The apartment is otherwise super equipped (everything for cooking, plates, glasses, cutlery, etc. abundantly available), we also had towels and bedding (so we didn't have to take anything with us) - a coffee machine would still be missing! All in all, we felt very comfortable, the apartment is very clean, large and in the center of Grado, yet quiet. We can recommend!

We have been going back to Grado for 10 years, this stay exceeded our expectations. It's on the 3rd floor of an apartment building, right across from our favorite restaurant (Il Panino) in the city center. Marina responded in a very short time, and the check-in went smoothly. The apartment is very clean and equipped with everything you need to relax. Parking is difficult, but this is a feature of Grado. We will definitely be returning guests, we recommend Marina&Dario's apartment.

We felt very comfortable in the beautiful apartment from the beginning. Everything you need is available, and even more (in our case). We will be happy to come back anytime! Beautiful little house with everything we needed for our relatively large family, in an interesting area of the harbor. A few minutes walk to one side or the other are nice public beaches accessible to dogs. We didn't meet Letizia in person, but our questions and wishes were always super quick and willing to answer and fulfill. Hope we come back here.

Lovely apartment in the best area of Grado. We felt immediately at home and had a lovely holiday. Communication with Emiliano was great, he was very helpful and responded very quickly to our messages. Definitely recommend Emiliano as host!

We felt very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed very cozy and everything was clean. We could also enjoy breakfast on the terrace and let the bathing suits dry. The check-in was great and Michele was very helpful and also gave us some insider restaurant tips. The apartment is well located. Playground for our child nearby, as well as the beach (about 250 m / free beach about 450 m).

Wonderful neighborhood, with great, friendly people. I would recommend it to families and people with dogs.

stayed with a toddler and baby. was great. Toddler had the playground to himself. Great tea and coffee provided and place was spotless. sitting area outside was brilliant.

Had a great time. Tip: rent a paddle boat (€15 / hour), go straight into the sea and you’ll find a large sand island. Great spot if you’re going with kids.

Exactly as described, beautiful, clean and cozy. Space for the whole family and beautiful proximity to the sea. One or two more restaurants for more choice would have been nice. But so you can go to Grado center quite quickly and eat there. The staff are super friendly and we felt very comfortable.

The apartment was clean, simple and great for us in terms of location. The beach was very nice, clean and above all quiet and not so many bathers. The bar was small but you could buy snacks ( small pizza, toast, salad and of course drinks). We were very pleased and would come back. Viviana was very friendly and responded immediately if I had a question. 5 minutes by car we could reach a village and buy food for breakfast in Supermarket. 10 minutes by car we found a great restaurant and also Trieste was not half an hour away. Our holidays were unique in Trieste. It is an insider, as not so many tourists rather a lot of locals who were very nice on the beach and you felt very comfortable. Conclusion: great location, very nice beach, unique and very friendly.

There are simply not enough stars to describe this place and the host! The house is not only beautiful, but also quite authentic. Roberto is wonderful and made sure to explain us all the options we had at disposal to enjoy our time here (there were quite a few). The appartment is tasteful, stylish and very bright, the view peaceful and inspiring, the access to see unreal, the amenities exceptional, the whole area secluded. It feels like a James Bond retreat. There are some places that are simply beyond any photos or descriptions and have to be experienced - this is one of them. We can't wait to come back. Dijana & Djordje
