The villa belongs to our family since 1637, completely refurbished whilst maintaining it's antique medieval charm, we hope you experience an unforgettable holiday in one of the most beautiful and romantic Italian lake locations. Enjoy swimming the clean waters, using our SUP, kayak & water sports equipment. A 40HP boat is available for rent.

The apartment is in the immediate vicinity of the Sant'Andrea Hospital. Newly renovated and newly furnished. Entering, you access the living area with a dining room and open kitchen. From the hallway you can reach the other rooms. - the large bathroom with shower - the bedroom with 6-door wardrobe and latex mattress - the living room with a desk corner and a queen-size sofa bed with an electro-welded mesh base. Pets are allowed as long as they are small and well-behaved.

A delicious breakfast is included, and for those who want it, an EXTRA is the private use of the lake-view jacuzzi

Vercelli center, located in the center, is 400 meters from the station, consists of 1 double bedroom and 1 sofa bed in the living area, kitchen, living room with TV. It offers free wifi, bed linen and towels, soap, hairdryer and air conditioning. In the area there are shops, bars and all necessary activities. It is 40 minutes by train from Rho Fiera, halfway between Turin and Milan, 20 minutes from Lake Maggiore and 1 hour from Genoa.
