Holiday rentals with breakfast in Provincetown Harbor

We absolutely loved staying at Julie's airbnb for our girls weekend on the cape! Julie was incredibly responsive and let us check in early. The location was super walkable - convenient to the beach and many restaurants. We also walked to the ferry to Martha's Vineyard for a day which was a great perk. Airbnb was spotless and felt like home. It even had a big outdoor shower! Highly recommend to anyone staying in Falmouth.

Cape Diem was my most memorable Airbnb stay yet, among the many I’ve frequented! The home is beautifully decorated and thoughtfully furnished. The hosts thought of everything from the beach towels, charging stations, incredible game room amenities, and even welcomed us with a very sweet card and local ice cream. The beds were very comfortable and the space was cozy for our group of five. It is a quiet neighborhood located near all you need for a lovely stay on the cape. Everything was just perfect! Great house, neat and clean and such a pleasure to stay there. The hosts gave great instructions and suggestions and were very attentive and accessible. Able to get to the places we wanted to visit with no problem. It was such a relaxing and calming experience. I would highly recommend staying there.

Beth’s place is a perfect spot for a stay in PTown! The unit is super charming and has everything you need for a comfortable visit, including a well equipped kitchen, bathroom, and hot tub. The views of the cemetery are absolutely stunning! Highly highly recommend

Hostess was extremely welcoming. Personally greeted us on arrival and showed us around the place, making sure we were happy with our accommodations. Patty made us feel like visiting friends from the start. The home was extremely comfortable, the shower was amazing, and Plymouth is a great place to visit. Our stay was really too short and as much as we were missing home we hated to leave. Getting in and out of the driveway was a bit of a challenge as other have mentioned, but doable. We had a RAV IV and pulling in and out we’re fine, backing in or out took some jockeying but doable. Patty explains the issue very apologetically. It shows her caring nature not only for her guests but also for her very elderly neighbors who get upset if anyone encroaches on their space at all. We and our 2 dogs would definitely love to stay here again.

My friends and I loved our stay at the chateau! We attended a wedding at the inn and It was the perfect location, great proximity to the venue and so many things in the area. Anya was so wonderful to communicate with and made our stay such a breeze! The house is so beautiful, spacious and such a great space to gather im. We spent so much time on the deck and my dog loved the fenced in backyard! I can’t recommend this place enough

The house is beautiful! Jessica has done a wonderful job with the decor and having all the amenities you may need on vacation readily available! Jessica was friendly and super accessible before and during our stay. We would love to return for a future trip!

Great place to stay for the family. It was as mentioned in the description and Ilya was very helpful with recommendations and responses to my many queries. He was also accommodating to provide extended checkout time.

Monica & TJ’s listing is exactly as pictured and described. It is spotless and well appointed. The extra little touches such as quality shampoo, conditioner, shower gel (not Wally World brand), snacks, and of course the pastries upon check in- are so nice. These things tell me that they care about their guests and their experience. Great binder on the “How to use” + suggestions of things to do, restaurants, etc. Very helpful! The best part was how close to the beach this rental is! 100% would stay here again; experience to value ratio = A+ !

Great rental for a solo trip or couple interested in staying on the cape for fun summer beach weekend!! The apartment was located in a quaint neighborhood with ample parking and was very easy to come and go. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to get away and relax

This was a lovely, private apartment. She provided the most amazing and luxurious spread of toiletries, snacks and local information. Comfortable, relaxing and nicely located. It was nice to know that the owner was there and responsive if we needed ( we did not) but very respectful of our privacy.

The Captain's Quarters exceeded our expectations. Easy to find, clear check in instructions and was super clean upon our arrival. The location is amazing. A tremendous view of the end of the Cape and P-Town and the Pilgrim Monument. Close to downtown P-Town, the docks, multiple beaches and restaurants, and 5 miles from the Stop and Shop. The unit is isolated from the other units so you have tons of privacy. It was so peaceful, drinking coffee or wine and enjoying the amazing view of the bay and the Cape. Derek was an amazing host and we hope to visit again when we are traveling in New England.

My sister and I had a lovely stay at Kathy’s Inn. It was charming and comfortable and Kathy was attentive to anything we needed. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, we loved it! Would definitely stay here again.

Freddy is a treasure and to stay in his Airbnb has been an honor. It's really well located and his extensive knowledge of all the happenings during the weekend positioned us right in the heart of the action.

I had a wonderful 3-night stay at this Airbnb! The room was stylishly decorated, cozy, and very clean. The location was fantastic—close to the heart of Provincetown, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and beaches. One of the highlights was Luis, who went above and beyond to help me with off-site parking, making the entire process so smooth. I appreciated his quick responses and friendly assistance. The common areas were inviting, and the outdoor seating was a lovely spot to unwind. I’d definitely recommend staying here!

Jodi was nothing but amazing! She is extremely friendly. We stayed for one night and she made us feel completely at home. She brought us water and even had to go cups for coffee in the morning. The house is beautiful, super clean and so gorgeous!

“Lovely” is what comes to mind when I think of my stay at Martin’s Inn. The decorations and beautiful back porch views made for a quaint getaway accommodation! Our trip was only improved by Martin’s kindness to our group. He made sure we knew the best places in town and even gave us rides, when we wanted! Will absolutely be looking to come back. Can’t recommend enough!

We had a wonderful stay in this little slice of heaven. The inn was so central to everything in Provincetown and was nestled on a quiet one way street. Everyone was incredibly friendly and attentive. The room was very clean and inviting and there was lovely outdoor space! We would rebook this in a heartbeat.

My husband and I just returned home from our weekend stay with Ginny and Craig. Craig and the dogs greeted us when we arrived on Friday afternoon. Very friendly and very helpful. Local recommendations for restaurants and things to do were great. This was our first visit to the area, and it was very quiet and close to downtown. Also, very close to the local beaches which were beautiful and not crowded at all. The room #7 where we stayed had a cute patio and looked out over the backyard. Great spot for coffee in the morning or to wind down in the afternoon. We can’t wait to go back.

I stayed at Jackie & Greg’s beautiful home for a few nights for a work conference. Such a lovely place!!! I stayed at the Sandbar room — Everything was clean, beautifully decorated, and with amazing views right on the ocean. Greg made an amazing breakfast (best pancakes I’ve ever had!). I loved having my own balcony to watch the sunrises. I can’t wait to come back with the rest of my family! Thank you so much for making a work trip feel like vacation! They also shared great recommendations on places to eat - I highly recommend Tomatoes Italian restaurant in Sandwich and a lobster roll from the Seafood Shanty!
