Private home built in 1906. Two lovely guest rooms in an ideally Cape Cod home overlooking Nantucket Sound and the Centerville and Bumps rivers. Both rooms have window seats and provide a traditional New England style. When the lot is full, parking may involve tandem spots and you may need to leave your keys with us. We serve our continental breakfast from 8am -9:30am.

Room size is about 150 sqft, with queen bed and private bathroom. Steep stairs warning to whoever may have a concern. The bed of this room is medium soft. Avoid it if you require a firm one.
