Holiday rentals with beach access in Prvić Luka

The apartment was small but there was everything we needed. The view from the shared terrace was wonderful!

The host was kind. We arrived with a small dog for which we didn't have to pay an extra fee. The accommodation is well-equipped, clean, close to the beach, shop ,restaurant. The host was waiting for us with chilled drinks,coffee , and fruit. I recommend it to others!

Such a beautiful cosy space. Super clean! Has everything you could need. Such a quiet, beautiful location. 5 minute drive to the old town Šibenik. We stayed for over 2 weeks and felt right at home. Such a pretty balcony to look out & drink wine or have dinner together when we wanted to cook at home. Such a nice modern layout for comfort. Quiet building, neighbours are friendly and respectful. Better if you have a car to explore the city, although Uber is also available! Short distance from the Krka Park, and wineries. The hosts were so well attentive & helped guide us on where to go! We spent our 2 week vacation at Mario's place, it was a unique time, full of peace and relaxation, with a great accompaniment of the sound of the sea. There are about 40 steps to the beach, where it is very clean and from where you can watch beautiful sunsets. Mario is a very kind host, he answers all the questions and gives a lot of valuable tips, it is from him we learned about the ship running from Jadrija to Šibenik (the return ticket costs €3), which is a great alternative to traveling by car, and we were also served with a delicious cake by his Mom. I recommend the local Maslina restaurant, serving delicious dishes and hot donuts from the beachfront cafe. I highly recommend staying with Mario to everyone.

Somewhat remote but close to Split and Zadar (about 1 hour by car) close to Krka National Park. Which is very beautiful. Great view. Whirlpool on the roof, which is easy to use. There was coffee every morning

We join all positive reviews. Ivana is the best hostess we've ever met, as well as Billy and the cat. The apartment is totally cozy, nothing is missing. We even found a bottle of water, homemade cakes and fresh cherries. We liked that there were both feather pillows and cotton pillows. The outdoor kitchen is fantastic and equipped with everything. The highlight is of course the large terrace with a wonderful view of the bay. There were so many beautiful seating options. Billy liked to accompany us to the village and was not intrusive to our old dog and in general. You just have to love him. The farewell was difficult for us - thank you for this wonderful holiday.

Although we only stayed one night, the apartment is fully equipped so you can spend as many days as you like. In addition to highlighting Kornelija's patience and kindness.

Outstanding small villa for great value, the location is peaceful and private with the enterance on the ocean. We loved our stay and the nice walks alone the coast. Daniel was very helpful, we asked for a recommendation for local olive oil, he hand delivered a bottle from a friend of his, which was of excellent quality. I highly recommend staying in this tranquil place!

Everything was wonderful! I loved how clean the home was and how responsive Lina-Natalia was when we needed something. It was great how close the home was to town so we could walk to things. We hope to come again someday.

Luka was one of the most welcoming hosts we have ever had, he responded to queries very quickly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay went smoothly. The property is in the most beautiful location and offered a really peaceful break. Previous reviews have mentioned the building work, this was barely noticeable during the day and certainly didn’t impact on the enjoyment of the villa.

The vacation at Haus Leila was first-class. The house and the small garden are beautiful and sparkling clean. Our expectations were exceeded. Everything you need. The beach is very easily accessible on foot within 5 minutes. The hostess is easily accessible and very friendly.

Such a gorgeous air bnb! We really enjoyed our stay here. Only a 30 minute bus from the city centre, you really can’t beat this location. The hosts were very nice and accommodating. Definitely reccomend.

The apartment is a short walk into the heart of the old town in Split with a great view out onto the Adriatic. It is a good size space for 3/4 people with everything you could need. Klajdi was a great host. *Outside of the apartment is a construction site but this did not take away from the view nor did it impact our stay greatly.

We enjoyed our 2 week stay. It is a great location and we really had the chance to rest out. Trogir is walking distance and the beach was straight down the road. Klara our host, was helpful and always available to communicate with us. I can recommend to stay there.

The Studio flat was really great with everything you need for a holiday. It is very close to Split airport so only 10 minuits by taxi. Enough distance so that there is hardly any aircraft noise. It is literally across the road from the beach. All the beaches have fine slightly sharp gravel so take beach shoes. The Island of Trogir is a 10 minuite bus journey ride away that stops practically outside the door. You can also easily bus to many little beaches with changing places and showers. There are Water sports, buses, water taxis close by and a ferry to Split. The host is really nice, always contactable, very helpful and full of local knowledge. I cannot recommend the wonderful host and her family enough in this perfect location.
