We had the vacation of a lifetime at Annie’s place! If you are dreaming of a true waterfront location, that has sea turtles for viewing every day, access to snorkeling in your front yard, sunrise and sunsets that take your breath away, and somewhere to fall asleep to the sound of ocean waves…then Annie’s place is for you. A quick run down the street to the general store lets you load up on homemade dips, gelato, and amazing fresh cookies made daily! You will also have to take it slow because the wild turkeys, goats, and local cats will greet you outside on the road of the Airbnb on a daily basis. The home is older but a true Hawaiian feel, offering all that we needed. We loved it all! It is close to several resort areas with plentiful amounts of places to eat, easy shopping, and a great free public black sand beach. The little town of Waimea is also fantastic and not a far drive that hosts several hidden gem places to eat that are unforgettable!

Amazing, peaceful retreat. Had the best time here with my daughter. Slept like a baby in the comfy bed, loved waking up and sitting on the terrace. Pool is super close and it’s an easy and beautiful walk to the beach club. We took so many gorgeous evening walks through the fish ponds and she loved running around on the lawns around the resort. We hope we can return before too long!

We loved staying at Vincent's place. Very clean, comfortable furniture, great kitchen, and amazing location. It's a 15 minute walk or a 3-minute drive to A-Bay, which is a wonderful and calm beach for swimming. The condo was stocked with chairs, umbrellas, and towels, even boogie boards and snorkels. Great location, we loved exploring the Kohala Coast and the surrounding beaches, and there is good food within Waikoloa Beach and in the surrounding resorts. AC kept things comfortable and we loved the shaded patio for breakfast. Thanks for a great stay and I hope we get to come back!

We were pleased with this unit. Literally walk 20 feet off the back patio and you are at the pool. Everything was as advertised. We are repeat customers to the Fairways and Mauna Lani and have always had a great experience. This visit was no different. Already returning in May to the Fairways. We did have some trouble with the front door cypher lock which was handled by our contact in short order. Had trouble as after entering the code to lock the door you could press a button and it would let you back in which was not how it should work. Our contact was able to rectify the situation in a couple of days, which was satisfactory. After that the lock worked as it should with no further issues. We appreciate our contact for working with us on this. I hope we held up our end on checkout. Hope to return to Laura's unit again soon. P.S. the master bath left sink hot water faucet is dripping. It needs a new cartridge and seals. Hate to waste water.

Amazing place in a very special area. A most lovely cottage on a quiet street with vibrant colors, salty air and steps from coral beach and spectacular views. A short drive to beaches up and down the coast. Elizabeth was a most generous and helpful host and it was the perfect stay. We hope Puako stays the same and safeguards its uniqueness, history and beauty. A thank you to the locals who let us share this place for a week.

The perfect place to enjoy paradise!!! The host has gone out of his way to elevate all accommodations and includes every possible amenity you would need. This is the best appointed place I’ve stayed at and the host makes you feel like you are staying at a friend’s house. Highest of hospitality! For active guest, the access to the gym is a great amenity. Would stay here again…..it was hard to leave!

Perfect Home Base in Mauna Lani – Everything You Need and More! Crystal’s place was the perfect home away from home for our Big Island stay. The villa was spotless, beautifully furnished, and stocked with everything we needed — from beach gear to a fully equipped kitchen. The bedding was absolutely top-notch — plush, luxurious, and made it hard to get out of bed in the morning! We especially loved the private lanai off the master bedroom — a peaceful spot for morning coffee or a quiet evening wind-down. The highlight was definitely the six-seater golf cart. It made getting around Mauna Lani so easy and fun! We loved cruising to the private beach club for morning swims, sunset views, and access to one of the best snorkeling spots around. Being able to ride over to the Shops at Mauna Lani and other resort amenities was a huge bonus. Crystal was a fantastic host — super responsive, thoughtful, and made sure we had a seamless experience. We would absolutely stay here again.
