A house in the fields

The house is situated alone in a sea of fields, surrounded by the wind in a fantastic perennial garden. With the help of many artist colleagues and friends, this formerly unspectacular guesthouse from the 1990s was converted and renovated into a small oasis and a garden was created with the help of landscape designer Rainer Elstermann. In constant growth and change, an idyllic place was created - and is still being created - in which 10 people can be accommodated in the guest part.

On the ground floor is a large living area with fireplace, SMART TV, a fully equipped fitted kitchen, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with toilet, washbasin, shower and washer-dryer. In the attic you can use 3 bedrooms with 1 double bed each and 1 bathroom with toilet, washbasin, shower and sauna. In the garden you will find 2 terraces, an outdoor hot tub with 35 degrees water temperature, a shed and 2 parking spaces.

Enjoy living in our apartment, in the small town of Penzlin, centrally located between the cities of Waren 28 km, Neubrandenburg 12 km and Neustrelitz 18 km in the district of Mecklenburgische Seenplatte. 1.5 km to the nearest swimming lake. 7 km to Müritz National Park. Also worth seeing is the old Penzlin Castle with its witch museum. A well-developed network of bike paths also invites you to go for bike rides. A friendly family dog is very happy about guests.

Located on the upper floor, you have a wide view over the listed landscape park and the romantically situated fish pond to the Klein Vielener See. The cozy atmosphere in the apartment is underlined by the sloping ceilings.

Our apartments have been completely rebuilt in traditional solid oak half-timbered construction and were completed in 2019. In the house there are two neighboring apartments with separate entrances. In the immediate vicinity of the city and Lake Tollensee is our beautiful sunny apartment with balcony. In the apartment you will find everything needed for a relaxing stay. A parking space at the house is available free of charge. Be enchanted by our beautiful Tollensee and enjoy the beautiful nature on a bike tour around the lake. The medieval gates, the rampart and our beautiful city center are a must-see.

The manor house offers an unforgettable stay with its charming apartments and lovingly designed representative rooms. Enjoy your stay in the lovingly furnished and spacious Georg suite. The suite, named after the last landlord, has two bedrooms, a large kitchen-living room and a bathroom with shower and freestanding bathtub, all with its 85 m². From here you can let your gaze wander over the entire estate.

The wooden house is located directly opposite the old sanatorium, only about 150 meters from the swimming area on the clear Zenssee. Each unit in the semi-detached house offers ample space for 7 people on two floors (3 bedrooms), a fireplace and a terrace with a small garden. Bikes can be stored in a lockable shed. Near the house there is a supermarket with a bakery/butcher shop and a canoe rental.

Our individual cabins are within walking distance of Lake Tollensee and offer a magnificent view over the Nonnenhof Nature Reserve. Turn off the time and lose yourself amidst the chirping of birds and the buzzing of insects. Breathtaking sunsets and a fantastic starry sky included.
