Everything excellent, we had a great time, the impeccable apartment, the sound of the sea relaxes you to sleep peacefully, the attention of Cecilia a seven , just as a suggestion they should have a double bed, given that it is a apartment for 2 people ,but I recommend it 100%

Excellent communication before and during the stay

A very cozy apartment, the white clothes came from ten because at night it was quite cool. The impeccable kitchen, impeccable bathroom, and divine hot water for an excellent post beach bath. The dpto has a beautiful view of the sea, the complex has elevator service to get to the coast easily because it is difficult to get through the streets of Con-con. Amazing, 100% recommended. There are warehouses near by car or supermarket 5 min by car. It's a nice place to VACATION and REST! There is not much night movement nearby, everything is quiet at night. Caesar a genius!

We spent a weekend and I really would have liked to stay longer! The wonderful view and the apartment has a large terrace to enjoy it comfortably. The place is quite quiet, you only hear the sea. We had a very pleasant weekend...if you really want to relax and rest wonderfully, this is the place! The apartment is super complete, the kitchen has everything you need, complete equipment and services. Comfortable rooms. We really liked that it had a music player in the living room. I'll be back!

Cozy apartment with everything you need for a pleasant stay, it is located on the first floor, ideal for those of us with a baby and the car is next to the apartment, super comfortable, nice and quiet environment, we take approx 20 minutes walking to the beach (quiet step with a baby of 2 years), the very safe and beautiful road, you pass the bridge of the wetland and in the afternoons it is well lit. The condominium pool is also very nice and pleasant. As for Lorena, always available and friendly, we arrived the day when there was a national court of light and we managed to coordinate the entrance to the depto without a problem, Susana who was the one who passed us the key also a love and very cordial, in short we had a very good stay.

Excellent property, even better than the pictures show. Olas is one of the best areas in Marbella. The apartment is remodeled and looks like new. The sunset from the terrace is spectacular. (a dream view)

Old building and apartment, but in excellent condition. It had everything you need for a pleasant and hassle-free stay. The apartment was tidy and clean, which shows concern. A single detail, but that did not disturb our rest at all, was that the shower phone holder did not work properly. Other than that, everything was perfect👌. The electric stove became vital on those cold nights (thank you for that). Regarding the host, although it is true that we did not meet Camila, she was always attentive, and responded very quickly to any questions or concerns we had. We will definitely be back. Thank you for everything (and for the welcome chocolates)

Nice apartment, with an incredible view and terrace, very comfortable to go to the beach despite the staircase to use. I would recommend providing more basic items, such as comfort or more hooks for clothes but nothing that tarnishes the view you have from the beautiful terrace .

Dept with great location, steps from the beach, restaurants, convenience store, so I didn't use the car. The depto is very nice and comfortable spaces, as well as having a very good view. Thank you to Cristian for being a great host.

Very comfortable apartment and nice view, although you can't see the sea, only in the distance. The building has an outdoor pool and also a heated pool (be careful, they ask for a bathing cap to enter, we bought them in a jumbo that is a 30-minute walk away). When leaving the building there is a beautiful park to walk in, everything is very nice around, and it is located a 15-minute walk from the Concon dunes, I recommend them 100%, very beautiful. Nearby there is a strip center where you can buy day-to-day merchandise. The apartment has everything you need, you just have to bring towels. The host Francisca is very friendly and attentive, she responds quickly and even offered us help to store our luggage until the time of the flights, very grateful, it was a nice vacation.

The view is better than what you see in the pictures, well-equipped apartment.
