Excellent place, very welcoming and attentive to anything you need. The rooms in perfect condition and warm, all the cooking equipment too. In my case I travel and I stay alone and they helped me a lot with tours and what to do, in addition to making me feel at home. Close to everything, supermarkets, bus terminal and downtown. I loved staying here and 100% recommending it. I will return to Pucón and I will definitely stay at this inn again.

Rodolfo, was the best host and the location is perfect next to a hotel that has everything. The view was breathtaking and many activities in the area. I want to come back and spend more time. It’s a most see city

We spent 6 days at hostal El Nogal. We felt very welcomed by Rodrigo, who is a very nice person, accommodating, generous, and who also gave us lots of good advice. The place is quiet, very clean, the common room pleasant and spacious, the equipped kitchen, the location close to the center (5-10min walk). We would come back without hesitating.

I really enjoyed this accommodation, Gloria was very kind and always willing to help when she had any questions, the place had many relaxation spaces, the kitchen was very well equipped and with space for everyone, it was also a prudent distance away walking from downtown and the lake, close to places to buy groceries. I would definitely stay here again:)

The lodge is stunning and beautiful, apart from very well-organized and clean. The house is really beautiful, and the land is very quiet and beautiful, perfect to relax and share. In addition, Lili is a tremendously friendly, loving and polite person, she makes you feel at home, and is a great person with whom she converts. With my girlfriend we were amazed by everything. We actually consider this was the best place we've ever been to. We will be back for sure. Lili, if you read this, we send you a huge hug.

A place of relaxation, to enjoy the scenery overlooking the majestic volcano and the flowing and crystalline river adjoins the site, a wide pool and terrace, you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner inside or terraced tables outside the restaurant. Everything was very spacious and welcoming.

A beautiful place

The facilities are good, the staff friendly, I only stayed 1 night and all was well. They give breakfast, which is simple (bread, yogurt, ham...) but meets.

It is a hostel that allows you to enjoy elaborate nature and you can see that there is a lot of love set in every place. There are several very nice terraces to enjoy and the rooms, no matter how small, are very comfortable. The location is ideal when it is well close to Pucón and also the routes to access the natural parks of the area.

The hotel is wonderful, the views are amazing, and the facilities are in perfect condition. The staff is friendly. If they go without a car the Ubers will look for you and take you without any problem despite the climb being steep. They cleaned the room every day. The breakfast is very delicious and complete. The only "bad": there is no wi-fi in the rooms, only in common areas and with Movistar the signal is bad. The positive side is that you manage to disconnect a lot thanks to that. The other thing that could be better is the strength of the water in the shower. Best: watching the sunset from the temperate pool with a view of the lake. There is also cable TV and it works perfect for entertaining before sleeping.

The place is beautiful. Although the weather conditions are not to which Pucon is used to in winter, Gregorio and Carola were all willing to help us to make our stay unforgettable. A place recommended with closed eyes, an impeccable view. Nos Vamosamorados de Pucon eager to come back.

BambuLodge is a family-run mountain lodge in a secluded yet accessible location near Pucon, convenient to many local attractions, with beautiful views, including an impressive view of the Villarrica Volcano as you approach the property from Pucon. The hosts are very friendly and responsive, and they facilitate a wonderful environment, providing the classic Southern Chilean breakfast each morning and chatting with guests while providing helpful information regarding the local region and any specific guest interests. It is a peaceful and pleasant atmosphere and we very much enjoyed our stay.

Very good stay, hospitality, comfort and attention, Camila was a very good host willing to answer the questions we had. We spent pleasant days at her home.

Highlighting Pablo's willingness to greet me a little before check in, because I got to pucon earlier. Great location and price. The truth was looking for a place exclusively to sleep at night since it had already established panoramas, but the location is so good and only 2 blocks away from the square that went to the beach and I would return for a nap to then go out again. If I go back to I canon I would stay here again with Pablo.
