Nice place to escape a few days with your partner, 5 minutes from the beach walking , terrace with sea view and beautiful decor , recommended if you like the rustic style.

We stayed during my son's marriage and it was a wonderful experience. The house was spacious, very clean, with lawn, swimming pool and a spectacular ocean view. Mr. Alejandro and his assistant were very helpful and kind. Ideal for special moments. Recommended!

incredibly responsive host, went over and above to make sure we were well cared for. I'm very thankful to have such a spacious and private area for the two families that stayed in the property. there were total and we never felt cramped. the back patio is a particularly nice space, and balcony for the king bed suite was super cool!

The apartment of Renee and Marion is spectacular, overlooks the beach and the area is very quiet and safe. The duplex is spacious and comfortable, very well maintained and practically new. The kitchen and super well-equipped rooms. It is too incredible that each room has its own bathroom and additional has a guest bathroom, I think that Allow guests to have privacy in each space. I think the apartment can even be a success when the weather is more temperate because the environment is too relaxing. We will be back for sure!

We stayed at Rodrigo's house for a week, with two adults and one dog, aiming to get some time away from Lima while working remotely. Though the WiFi wasn't reliable for work, our own Starlink terminal worked great. The house was perfect for our needs. We appreciated the AC and little creature comforts, including a BBQ we frequently used. Our dog loved the large yard, and the pool was refreshing. We only left the property once for lunch, as there wasn't much within walking distance. We requested additional cleaning and some cooking mid-week, and Edith came to help with both, which we appreciated. One concern was the surveillance cameras inside the house. Though the host assured us they were off, it felt less private. Overall, we enjoyed our time at Rodrigo's house, relaxing and making the most of the house, pool, and yard.

What a great stay! The place was much larger than I thought. There were lots of little patios and outdoor spaces to hang out. The kitchen was large. They were very accommodating and helpful to us throughout our stay. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay at Monica's apartment. The apartment is quite spacious, and includes a washer-dryer (one combined machine so you don't have to move the clothes over). The neighborhood is great too, a short walk to a supermarket and many restaurants. We also liked that the building has a doorman 24/7 which makes it really safe. They even let us store our luggage there during the day after we checked out (our departing flight wasn't until later in the afternoon). A couple things to be aware of: - There's no AC, which is probably due to Lima's mild climate. This was mostly ok (opening the windows keeps the apartment cool) but could be an issue on hot/sunny days if you prefer a cooler setting. - The windows don't have screens so if you're afraid of heights, don't look down ;). There aren't many bugs in Lima so that wasn't an issue, but it might be good to install screens for more safety. Overall the place was great and Monica was a super responsive and helpful host.

Ro and Laurence were great hosts; very welcoming and always responsive. Early in our stay we had a small issue with the safe (very likely user error on our part). Ro sent someone over within the hour to help. She also gave us super helpful recommendations for both Lima and our shorter stay in Cusco. The apartment was beautiful (exactly as pictured/described) with super comfortable bedding. It was also in a great location. Centrally located and walking distance to a lot of shops, restaurants and local attractions. The building had a 24 hour front desk attendant and felt very safe. My only caution is that the building is located in a busy and kind of noisy area - nothing they can do about that, it would affect every building in that part of Miraflores - but if you are a light sleeper or have little kids this might not be the area for you.

Great place to stay, we absolutely loved it! So comfortable and clean at the same time. We were only there for a short period but wish we were there longer. It had all the amenities, 24 hour check in at the lobby and next to a supermarket. Great location in Lima too! Javier is an exceptional host, so helpful!

Great place to stay for a few days in miraflores. The apartment looks exactly as it does in the photos. The host was very responsive to any questions I had, and the doormen were helpful and professional. The terrace is a beautiful space, would definitely stay again.

Ivan’s apartment was just as described. It was just right for our needs, it was walkable and everything was no more than a few blocks walk. The apartment is on the 12th floor of the building and during our stay there was a fire alarm that went on for about 15 mins causing us to exit the apartment via the stairs. The apartment had a comfortable bed and was just as described. I didn’t use the amenities. There was always a guard/attendant at the front desk.

Everything was great, it was exactly as described and shown in the photos! I definitely recommend it

Pablo is a genuinely excellent host! He provided us with very helpful information about local clay courts, tennis clubs, and swimming pools. He also generously agreed to our request for a slightly later checkout. We’ll be visiting Lima often in the future and would be more than happy to stay at Pablo’s lovely apartment again.

Julio’s place was perfect! Super clean, comfortable, and in a walkable location that made exploring the area easy and fun. Julio was a great host—highly recommend staying here!

Excellent host Luis Eduardo was attentive at all times and his place is amazing with every thing you can think of - location, cleanliness, quality etc. Absolutely will stay here when I come back to Lima 100% recommended 5+++++

Luciana’s place was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was convenient and safe. I stayed here for over a week and I experienced the comfort of home with all the amenities and cleanliness. I especially liked the small details such as cooking essentials and wine. I love cooking in this kitchen. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, but still close enough to be near the local shopping center where I was able to get things for my kids. During my stay, I safely walked at various times of the day and night. I always felt safe. The doormen created an added safeness… and friendliness. I can’t wait to stay here again.

The condo is even better than the pictures and Gregor was an excellent host. If I ever return to Lima I will definitely book with him again. Highly recommend

I had such a wonderful time staying here for my work trip. I was close enough to everything that I could walk practically anywhere in minutes. The space was spotless, the hosts caring and attentive, and it felt like being in an oasis just a few streets away from very busy roads. I would recommend to anyone and everyone!

We returned to Will's apartment to finish our stay in Lima after a few days in Cusco; just like the other time, our stay was without any problems, 100% recommended!
