Very pretty place, quite peaceful and exactly as described and in the pictures. The staff (Setu and others) are super helpful and nice. Highly recommend. The host made sure our stay was comfortable and was in constant touch with us.

I recently stayed at this amazing villa in Auroville and had an incredible experience. The place offers breathtaking views of the sea that you can enjoy from both inside the villa and the beautifully maintained outdoor areas. Waking up to the sight and sound of the ocean was pure bliss. The villa is beautifully designed, with elegant interiors that feel both luxurious and cozy. The outdoor spaces are just as lovely, with lush gardens and comfortable seating areas perfect for relaxing and soaking in the tranquil atmosphere. One of the best parts about this villa is its location. It’s just a short walk to the beach, which was super convenient for us. Plus, it’s close to all the central spots in Auroville, so we had no trouble exploring the area and enjoying all the local attractions. The care taker deserves a special shoutout for being so helpful and attentive. From the moment we arrived, they made sure we had everything we needed and were always available to assist with any questions

I booked the German House having previously visited as a guest the previous year. I arrived early January and left at the end of March. Having visited India many times, this was my first location away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Surrounded by farm land, the closest beach is about 500 meters walk. There is little traffic and from morning until night you are treated to birdsong. There are lots of local walks and three dogs, Tina, Jenny and Maya to remind you it’s time for exercise. The shops are about 2.5kms away with all you need for your stay. The local fisherman also provide a wealth of bounty and the food I had at the German House was delicious. Finally I must thank Mala for her care and attention and of course her cooking. She does all she can to ensure your stay is all you hoped it would be, including regularly cleaning the swimming pool ready for a cooling dip.

Well the place is perfect if u want a peaceful beach vibe, u can soak in the ocean whenever u want, and since there were a lot of surfboarders in the area it's safe to go for a swim too. U can go for walks anytime(yes late night, owners labrador might join u for the fun ;)). We went in summer heat but it was manageable. Helena was a very good Host with her three cute children, it felt like a home there. We had a very good discussion om different things, she helped out with all the things that were needed. I dont think I would look for any other place if I visit pondy again.

We stayed at Nishantham for 4 days and it was a refreshing experience. The location is great surrounded by tea gardens and valleys. The bungalow has everything you need for the perfect staycation! Games, smart TV, lawn, bonfire with the perfect interiors. Every inch of the place was beautifully maintained and squeaky clean. Kudos to the caretaker Ratham Anna for his commitment and dedication and being on top of things. He is like clockwork and took care of all our needs very promptly. Her ward extremely helpful all through our stay. Our group had kids and adults and every member got the best out of the stay! And right from booking till checkout Selvaraj Sir was very responsive and helpful. Overall nothing less than a 5 star!

This is the second time I stayed at Narthan's property. It's an amazing property. If you want to sit back and spend some lazy day's, this is where you should go. Gopi, the caretaker is an amazing cook. I would absolutely recommend this place. Narthan was kind enough to help me out with some personal stuff as well. Thank you!

Had the best stay experience at Chethan’a villa. Smooth check in, cozy atmosphere, barbecue set up, privacy and security - everything put together it was an absolute blast. Recommended for family and friends.

Alana is a great home to stay at and Kulwant made the experience more enjoyable with his warm hospitality. The property is an older home, but that really added to the charm of the place. Would recommend especially if you are traveling with family.

We had such a wonderful time at this property — it truly felt like a home away from home. The space is warm, peaceful, and beautifully maintained, perfect for a relaxing getaway. What really stood out was the hospitality. The house help were incredibly polite and kind. On one evening, we mentioned wanting to have a homemade dinner, and they graciously went out of their way to cook a lovely meal for us. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made us feel truly cared for. The highlight of the home is definitely the library — a beautiful, quiet space filled with great books. We spent hours there, and our son absolutely loved it too. It made our stay feel even more special. Highly recommend this place for families or anyone looking to enjoy the charm of Coorg in a calm, homely setting. Would love to come back!

Great place. About 30 minutes from mahabalipuram towards Pondy. Excellent location. Good lawn for kids to play. The backwaters backdrop was good too. Overall, ideal for a 3 family weekend get together.

The property is at a very convenient location with respect to the town and nearby attractions. It was fairly easy to get there. The rooms are spacious and bathrooms are clean. The toiletries are basic and we had only one towel in our room. The caretaker is very friendly and always ready to help. We had very good food throughout our stay, thanks to him. We could not enjoy the outdoor area much due to incessant rain but it's well maintained. Overall, it was an excellent stay.
