What a beautiful property! Without seeing the other units, I am convinced the bottom floor loft is the best one. The photos do not do the apartment justice—it is HUGE! It is beautifully decorated, comfortable and traditional Mexican style. Note that the apartment is street facing and there is noise of passing cars and motorcycles. If you’re a light sleeper, you may be awoken. Otherwise, the enormous garden and beautiful private pool makes up for this. I still rate the property 5 stars and would stay again in a heartbeat.

Cool location that felt very safe and close to a lot of fun stuff!

My wife and I have stayed in many Airbnb's in many countries, and this airy serene retreat overlooking the most beautiful square in Mexico City is far and away our favorite. I've now stayed there twice and can't wait to go back. The neighborhood, Roma Norte, is one of the shadiest, most lively and most walkable anywhere we have traveled, filled with great art, restaurants, street food and people watching. We could live there tomorrow, and the Penthouse, with its view of the trees and fountain the square and its dreamy private rooftop, is the best possible place to stay. Highest possible recommendation.

I loved it, the decoration, distribution and everything in the apartment is what you need to enjoy. Luis, super attentive. The only thing I would add to make the stay more pleasant, would be air conditioning (since in hot weather pfff it gets like a little oven) only in the living room and kitchen area, the room is a little cooler. And it has a fan that does help. but I recommend it 10000%😃😃

Paty's place is a comfortable and charming apartment in the heart of Condesa. The location is ideal - a 12 minute walk to Chapultepec Park, short walks to plenty of restaurants, cafes, and ice cream parlors - and conveniently situated on a broad avenue that was surprisingly quiet. The living space was pleasant and spacious with a small balcony to enjoy coffee or have some fresh air. Paty was very responsive and provided helpful recommendations and instructions. We would stay here again on a future trip!

My friends and I had a great stay at Rodrigo’s apartment. It is exactly as seen in the photos and described in the text. The place has all amenities needed and was clean. Rodrigo is super responsive and could help with all questions we had. For someone who appreciates light, the apartment might be a bit too dark. Overall, I can recommend staying at Rodrigo’s place.

Host communicated fast. We had an issue with the AC and had to leave that night because it was too hot. We were only in the room for short periods of time because it was unbearable. Host only wanted to refund us 50% but Airbnb app refunded the rest. Location is great but staff in that building are super rude. Night guard was very very rude. I would ask him a simple question and he would ignore me then answer in a very rude tone. Despite the no party policy he was letting people party on our floor. Letting groups of people in. It was very noisy.

We really enjoyed our stay at Francisco’s place. It was clean, quiet and yet you were in the heart of Roma with plenty of walkable restaurants and cafes. The little private courtyard was the cherry on top. Will definitely stay here again, absolutely great apartment with the nicest doorman!

The apartment is sincerely luxurious, everything is very clean, Martha is super accessible and always communicating. We had an amazing time and it really was like getting home. Everything is more than excellent! And the air conditioning wonder with the weather those days!

This Airbnb is amazing! About 7-8 minutes walking from the centro. Very clean and safe area. The washer and drier is also in good conditions no problems happened. Lovely kitchen and bathroom. Would highly recommend it!

This is the second time that Christian has received us and we came back because we loved his hospitality, always attentive, a very nice place for a couple's stay, there are many options around to shop for groceries and options to buy ready-made food, slices, tacos, menudo, an excellent experience again and the ease of taking the metrobus within walking distance of the apartment. If there is an opportunity, we will return to stay again. We are very grateful to Christian once again. So if you are looking for a good option to stay, we highly recommend it. Don't think that because it is cheap it is not very good. You won't regret it.
