Nathan's place was super clean and well stocked. We did not need anything extra. Very comfortable bedrooms and living space. It was great to have a laundry and supplies. Good distance from shopping and restaurants. I would recommend it and look to stay again.

River Top 2 Bedroom Home

I enjoyed my time at Steve's place. The property is located in a neighborhood that is in the middle of a revitalization project. I felt safe in the neighborhood during the day and at night. The back deck looks over the Arkansas river and the train station. The river offers a variety of watersports and there's a walking/biking path along the river. While there was an occasionally train horn at night, I found the rhythmic motion of the trains to be soothing. The property is simple and uncluttered. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen well stocked, the WiFi is good, and the water is hot. My friends were able to work from home with no issues. Loved the gorgeous flower gardens and the fenced in yard was great for my dog.

No hidden cleaning fees. Romantic retreat, quiet, glorious views, abundant wildlife. 1960's cabin with French doors opening to deck, cathedral ceilings, wood-burning stove. Big loft bedroom, new queen platform bed with foam mattress-- like sleeping in a tree house. fully stocked chef's kitchen, newly remodeled bath with shower/soaking tub. Washer/dryer. Two decks, private drive. Forest home only minutes from hiking, fishing, golfing. Good roads. 30 minutes from Pueblo or Trinidad, Colorado.

Comfortable living space with many extras, including a full kitchen with new GE appliances. Also included are a microwave, toaster oven, toaster, drip and Kurig coffee makers, and coffee grinder. The TV is a new 43” Insignia smart TV will full internet and streaming capabilities. Entrance to Lake Pueblo State Park is just 5 miles away. Please note that we do not allow pets.
