Second time staying at Eduardo’s place. He’s a fantastic host and his place is wonderful. It was a pleasure to stay there again.

¡Recomiendo totalmente el alojamiento de María! Desde el inicio fue muy amable y comprensiva con el check-in, y sus instrucciones fueron súper claras para poder ingresar sin problema. La entrada es independiente, lo cual brinda privacidad, y al llegar encontramos el espacio limpio y ordenado, ¡incluso nos dejó unos chocolatitos de bienvenida que nos hicieron sentir como en casa! Durante toda la estadía, María fue muy atenta. Tuvimos un temblor mientras estábamos en Lima y ella se mantuvo pendiente en todo momento, lo que nos dio mucha tranquilidad. Sin duda, si están buscando un lugar cómodo, seguro y con una excelente anfitriona, este es el lugar. ¡Gracias por todo, María!

Excelente alojamiento, hacían limpieza y tenían perfectamente todo ordenado y listo a lo que llegaba por la tarde. El Anfitrión super amigable, educado y dispuesto a ayudar. Je voudrais remercier Gemma pour son accueil, sa flexibilité, son ouverture et sa rapidité d'action. La communication avec Gemma a en effet été très facil et surtout efficace ! Mon séjour s'est très bien passé et toutes les commodités étaient présentes dans l'appartement pour me permettre de passer un très bon séjour à Lima.

Needed a last minute place to stay when they shut the borders due to COVID-19 and we were unable to return to Canada. Ricardo communicated very fast and efficiently with us to help our stay be safe and wonderful.

Es la segunda vez que me quedo donde Polo y todo súper bien!. Polo es un gran anfitrión desde que llegas hasta que te vas del dpto. Dpto cómodo y con todo lo necesario. Sin duda volvería a elegir nuevamente el dpto.

La llegada super práctica, la zona muy tranquila y sobre todo destacar el compromiso del anfitrión por estar pendientes de cualquier requerimiento en nuestra estadía.

We had a great stay. The apartment was clean and cozy, great amenities. Really easy to walk to everything in Barranco. Rooftop pool was a great place to watch the sunset. Would definitely stay there again.

Spacious and well equipped apartment, I really enjoyed my stay there and its perfect location in Barranco (the best location to stay in for a first visitor I think) with plenty of excellent restaurants, cool coffee shops and great galleries and museums. The security is there 24/7, very friendly and not intrusive at all. The gym is well maintained and has enough equipment for small vacations workouts. Silvia is incredibly responsive and helpful, and gives very handy recommendations for when you get too lazy to google stuff. Last but not the least, nice balcony with comfy seats!

Monica’s space was cozy, clean, and in the perfect location for our stay. She was extremely welcoming and responsive throughout our trip and super willing to help out. We even were left waters, chips & coffee after our long travel day to Peru. She coordinated transport from the airport as well which made it much less stressful. Would definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a relaxed/walkable/comfortable stay in Peru!

Me encantó el lugar. Las fotos coinciden con la realidad. El apartamento es funcional y está muy bien ubicado en una zona segura. Tiene una nevera grande para quienes planeen cocinar, estufa de gas y horno. También hay lavadora. En 15 mins a pie hay un supermercado grande al que se puede llegar caminando por el malecón. El único pero fue no tener llave de acceso a la puerta principal del edificio, es diferente a la del apartamento, lo que implico en mi caso esperar a que el portero de turno estuviera en la recepción. Pero de resto me fue muy bien y me volvería a alojar en este apartamento. Mi viaje fue de trabajo y lo hice sola, pero el apartamento es perfecto para quienes viajen por turismo y/o trabajo solos o con alguien más.

¡Una experiencia excelente de principio a fin! El hospedaje superó nuestras expectativas: el lugar estaba impecable, muy bien decorado y con todos los detalles bien pensados para hacer la estadía cómoda y agradable. Gut, modern und zweckmässig eingerichtetes Wohnstudio an guter Verkehrslage mit netter Sicht ab dem Balkon zum Pazifik. Nützlich ist der kleine Supermarkt gleich um die Ecke 30 Meter vom Eingang, wo alle notwendigen Lebensmittel eingekauft werden können. Ab diesem Standort sind sowohl die Quartiere Miraflores (Larcomar) als auch Barranco (Café, Bars, Restaurants) sehr gut erreichbar. Ich kann dieses Wohnstudie bestens empfehlen, welches für Paare ideal ist.

This place was excellent. Very rarely does any place on AirBNB live up and exceed expectations. This place did just that! From the moment I stepped in the apartment, it made me want to stay for months. I was sad I hd to leave and didn't find this place for my entire stay. It was above and beyond comfort. The WiFi for a digital nomad was excellent. I can't say anything about this place except I long to come back! A truely pleasurable experience!

Siempre es un placer volver a este departamento! El depa está en un edificio bastante moderno como el departamento. Es muy acogedor, tiene todo lo necesario para crear experiencias muy buenas y está ubicado en un lugar donde hay todo cerca. Sin duda se los recomiendo!. Tambien recalcar que Carlos es una gran persona y siempre está atento a cualquier inconveniente.

Tudo foi ótimo na estadia, estava tudo perfeito, check in fácil, pessoal do prédio é muito educado, o lugar está extremamente bem localizado, muito fácil para pedir uber tambem. Tudo perfeito exatamente como nas fotos. Cama muito confortável e vista linda.
