Holiday rentals with a pool in Puerto Aventuras

The home was exactly as described and looked just like the photos—beautiful and welcoming. The only issue was an unpleasant odor coming from one of the bathrooms, which we discovered was due to the toilet brush. Once we identified the source, we placed the brush in the backyard, and the smell was no longer a problem. The home was clean, the instructions were clear, and the property itself was stunning—just steps away from the beach. I’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic getaway.

This was our third stay at Casa Dulce and it will NOT be our last. Great location in Playacar Fase 1 with a private pool to cool off in after walking around 5th Avenue (about 10 minute walk) or spending the day at the beach which is less than 2 blocks from the home. Alizee sent an email before our arrival with restaurant suggestions as well as suggestions of things to do. The AC was a definite plus. We would turn it on before bed and the room was nice and cool for sleeping. Highly recommend this Airbnb location in Playa del Carmen

The property itself was magnificent, with stunning scenery that truly enhanced our experience. We also appreciated the polite and helpful nature of the security guards at both entrances. What a wonderful place Vickie has created. The house is beautiful, but where it really shines is outside. Lounging in the cenote, watching the birds and lizards, giving the resident dogs some scritches - so relaxing. The main purpose of our trip was to dive cenotes, you couldn't have a better location. A couple days our dives were just minutes away. Vickie was wonderful, so kind and friendly. She was always super responsive when we had questions and gave us great tips on the local area. 10/10 will absolutely stay here again next we are in the area.

Erik’s house was very spacious just as described! Erik was very attentive and always responded right away! My children enjoyed the pool during our stay! No problems during our stay!

Carolina’s place was the perfect combination of having everything we wanted in a place to stay and being close to downtown Cozumel when we wanted see the sights. There was more than enough space for the two of us, from the spacious master bedroom with an amazing view, to the fully stocked kitchen and sitting area. We were outside more than in, either soaking up the sun, relaxing in the pool, or taking the ladder down fight into the ocean. We had planned to take snorkel tours during our visit, but the underwater life right in front of Casa Rojas was varied and spectacular. We had rented a car to take in all the island’s sights, but we were also able to comfortably walk into Centro Cozumel from the house. Carolina was communicative from the day we booked and throughout our stay. Needless to say, Carolina and Casa Rojas made our first visit to Cozumel everything we could have hoped for!

The house is beautiful and very quiet, much nicer than the pictures!! By the location we recommend to take or rent a vehicle on the island, it is also very close to a taxi site and avenue with mototaxis passing all the time. We loved the stay here and get to know the island.

If you’re looking for the perfect Airbnb in Akumal/Tulum/Playa del Carmen—this is it! The home is stunning: spacious, modern, full of natural light, with an incredible pool and views. It’s in a peaceful, safe area, and the host and staff go above and beyond to make your stay unforgettable. They offer amazing recommendations—massages, restaurants, chefs, yoga, boat trips, cenotes, and more. We used Chef Ricardo for most meals and highly recommend him! We visited for a bachelorette trip and were welcomed with themed balloons and a super cute setup. Despite last-minute changes, the team was extremely accommodating and responsive. Whether it’s a bachelor/bachelorette party, family vacation, friend getaway, or a relaxing retreat, this place is a 10/10. Huge thanks to Charlotte and team for making our trip so special and seamless!

Being a host myself I read reviews and want a clean safe place. This place checked all those boxes and more. This was a girls trip for my friends birthday We felt safe and well takin care of. We ordered groceries ahead of time so they were in the room when we arrived . Joel works in the office and was ABSOLUTELY so nice and helpful. All of the staff here work so hard. If you want a nice condo by the ocean don't hesitate to book . I would absolutely stay here again and trust me when I say I am picky. Wow, what a place and what a host! I don’t really know what to say here other than the place is perfect and even better in real life, Terrence is an absolute joy to communicate with and we are super grateful to have spent the first leg of our 2 week holiday here. The area is lovely and quiet with an OXXO up the road (5 mins walk) and ‘walking beach’ down the road (20 minute walk with kids, quicker otherwise!). Highly recommend seeking out Crocodile Lagoon (walk to beach then follow the coast south as the route on google maps was blocked when we tried that), enter the jungle at the trash can/bin and follow it around and you’ll make it to the lagoon, just don’t tell anyone - it was so peaceful and the kids (10/6) loved swimming with the many fishes amongst the peace and quite. Highly recommend this place. If you don’t have a car, take the collectivo from the highway outside the resort entrance in either direction. Cross the road if you want to go to Akumal/Tulum direction. Enjoy :)

We’ve stayed at a lot of Airbnbs, and this one was the best one yet—such a high value for a low price. Camille and Edir were phenomenal hosts; Edir especially met us in person a few times and was so amazing and gave above-and-beyond service. The apartment itself is incredibly beautiful, exactly as shown in the photos, but feels even more spacious than the photos. I was so impressed with the laundry service, daily housekeeping and beautiful pool right on the beach. This stay was an enormous value!!! Thank you Edir and Camille!!

Magical! This was one of our favorite finds. The lagoon and cenotes on property were amazing! Great local food. The little beach area of Akumal was great to walk around. We found a fun breakfast place nearby called Jungle Cafe and the La Buena Vida restaurant for lunch was on the ocean and had a pool on site for our kids to swim in after lunch. But the true highlight was the comfortable condo, serene environment, walks to the cenotes, swimming in the lagoon, pool and swinging in the hammock. We hope to be back someday to have another magical visit.

It is very nice being right on the beach in PA. The condo is clean and has everything you need. We loved have a nice big bathtub and washer/dryer!! Nice views of the pool and beach from the patio. The complex is also very quiet and relaxing! We are looking forward to returning to Tara’s again next year!!

Absolutely loved my stay! The place was clean, stylish, and just perfect for a relaxing getaway. The private pool was peaceful, refreshing, and perfect for lounging any time of day. One of the best parts was the beautiful view overlooking Playa del Carmen, truly breathtaking, especially at sunset. Great location to get to 5th street and the restaurants. Would definitely come back and highly recommend.

The property was gorgeous & was a perfect space for our group to just hang out in the pool, relax, and enjoy. The home itself was beautiful, completely accurately pictured and described, truly a stunning home. Comfortable beds, AC! They were very sweet about letting us decorate the place for our event and make it extra special for our bride. The hosts were INCREDIBLE, helping us at every step of the way including helping us plan activities (catamaran picked us up right at the house) arranging transportation, helping us with deliveries, and setting up a fantastic private chef experience. All exquisite. The pool is everything— even has a small section of shallow water for anyone who just wants to cool off but doesn’t want a full swim. It is large enough to fit a big group which was also a plus. Only downside of the property is that it isn’t particularly close to the restaurants nearby, but with the help of their recommended very affordable taxi service everything felt accessible!

The unit was perfectly located in front of the sea, the pool and restaurants. Very comfortable beds and a kitchen with everything you need for cooking. Monica and Yazmin's service was first-class. They treated us luxuriously and helped us with extra things, even going to get a floor fan for my autistic son who needs it to sleep. They made all the difference on our vacation. We sincerely appreciate all the attention. And we'll definitely be back.

Darryl's place is exceptional and exactly as listed and shown in pictures, even better actually. We really enjoyed the space, everything in the condo worked well and the kitchen was well equipped to cook meals. There were even a number of spices and things left from previous guests that we were able to utilize throughout our stay. We were also able to leverage the VIP transportation Darryl offers which was both economical and comfortable when going to and from the airport. In terms of tips while staying here, the market at The Royal Haciendas is excellent with almost everything you'd need and only about 5% markup over heading to an actual grocery store. It would be about a 15 minute walk to get there from the condo but is much easier with a car. On that note, you'll definitely want access to a car or will need to use a cab to get into downtown Playa or head to the grocery stores but the front security gate is awesome and they can call cabs for you. Each driver we met when using a cab was excellent to deal with. The trip into Playa is maybe 10 minutes if that. Hot tip, if you are going into Playa with a rental car and want to stroll down 5th Ave, park at the Quinta Alegria mall. Parking is underground, relatively cheap and it's central to some great stuff on 5th. You'll need pesos to pay for parking however. Usually 50 to 70 pesos for a longer stay. During our 2 week stay we also had a small issue with the garbage disposal in the sink and within the same day the property manager was there and it was fixed and even cleaned spotless. Very nice to see that level of service! Also, they have a great water cooler in the kitchen that takes big jugs of water that the property manager made sure we always had a full supply of so we didn't need to worry about having lots of drinking water on hand. You could also smell that the water coming from the taps is properly treated and clean. No issues brushing our teeth from the bathroom sink etc. The property amenities from the rooftop pool and deck area (which was awesome for morning yoga sessions or afternoon/evening drinks) through to the main shared pool just a few steps away was excellent and we really enjoyed them with our 4 year old and 7 year old. We also made use of the gym and had lunch at the golf course outdoor grill one afternoon which has some nice tacos. In closing the property and the host here were excellent. Darryl clearly cares that his guests have a great time and goes above and beyond answering questions, providing tips and helping you feel right at home. We'd love to come back and stay here again!

Great location, beautiful house. We were a group of 10 and had more than enough room. It’s worth pointing out that the casita, which has two bedrooms and could sleep 6 people, is located closer to the street. The main house has 4 bedrooms. Because we had kids, we didn’t use the casita much. The view from the backyard is beautiful. Carlos was very responsive. Would recommend.

After our previous Airbnb cancelling last minute, we thought we were out of options. Luckily, we found Andres’ penthouse. Plunge pool was so needed after a long day’s walk, every neighbor was pleasant, check-in was a breeze. Walkable from 5th, as well as some of the off the beaten path restaurants and bars that we prefer. I felt safe and welcomed, grocery shopping just across the street as well! We had such an amazing time, I would come back to this spot when returning to PDC.

The spot and view are amazing and breathtaking. The condo had all that we were looking for - starting with a comfortable bed, which is not always the case in AirBnBs. When there were too many around the pool area, you could go back to your private deck and put on some noise-cancelling headphones. A positive surprise: at the pool, there is a bar where you can order endless... cocktails! The location is quiet after 10 PM, while being very close to the famous Fifth Avenue where all the tourist restaurants are, but you can also wander around it and find some interesting spots. There is also a big supermarket where you can find everything, including a $2,500 wine bottle !, at a 5-minute walk. If you want to be picky, the pool water (in December) was fresh but not cold + we never found a bread toaster.

Great house with amazing views and beach access. Cecilia was so helpful answering questions and making recommendations. Rosie kept the house spotless. We had chefs come in (Daniella and Flor) who made us so many great meals. We walked to town a few times with our kids, which was fun. The only bummer was the amount of sea grass on the beach, but that’s a seasonal thing. Luckily there are plenty of places to go to adventure off to. Overall it was a great place to stay and enjoy.
