The Blue Studio

Simple and rustic 34 mt2 Studio apartment. Located only 10-12 minutes walking to the main square/downtown, 15-20 min. walking to the bus station and only 5 min. to the promenade. A mini market is just around the corner. It’s very illuminated and counts with one double bed, one bathroom, basic kitchen (stove, oven, boiler, toaster, fridge, pots, etc). It was built on the 2nd floor of the main house and you have to use a spiral stair to get inside. We are a quiet family with two curious cats.

Ivan is a memorable host, very attentive, charismatic and kind, I felt like I was at a friend's house and I hope to return one day. The accommodation is excellent, the breakfast is great and using the kitchen was very pleasant, even though there are restaurants nearby with good prices, I felt really comfortable using it and from the bedroom, living room and in all environments it is as if I were at home. Thank you Ivan and everyone at the Hostel!

A great place. The house is like new, very well decorated, well insulated (it's rare in Patagonia) and very comfortable (bed, sofa, bathtub) and bright - The view of the mountains is pleasant and the large land around it is far from the road and convenient if you have a dog. Thank you Leslie for this really pleasant stay. A place to recommend!

The hut is the most cozy one from any we have visited in our life! It has everything you need, beautiful view of the bay and it provides separation between duties and relax. Laura is a wonderful host, we left laptop charger at the hut and we could pick it up long after checkout time. We could also check in much earlier, which was super important for us as we were after sleepless night in plane and car from Punta Arenas. Highly recommend!
