A lovely home in a residential neighborhood that was quiet and peaceful, with super friendly security guards at the gate. The decor was very modern, with cozy chairs and a large family size sofa. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking family meals, and the beds were very comfortable. There is a great lady who does laundry and a great cafe that does delicious breakfast within a 1-minute walk. Mike is a super flexible host, always great to communicate with, and gave us great local recommendations. Highly recommend for family stays!

My second week staying here, Jorge & his mom are the BEST hosts!!! Never any issue with communication (very fast!), always willing to answer questions. This place is GORGEOUS!!! If you are not familiar with this type of area, it will look like your renting a concrete box - do NOT let the exterior fool you! Behind those walls are beautiful landscapes, very quiet, very private and super safe! It's very safe to walk, very peaceful, you have conveniences nearby (Sam's club, Walmart, grocery, convenience market, restaurants, pharmacy, etc.). The place is as pictured, so much space inside and outside! We did not want to leave this beautiful paradise! Our taxi driver commented when pulling up, this is a very expensive and very nice neighborhood! Don't wait, book this place , you'll be glad you did!

i recommend the house, because what we liked the most is the security in the fractionation, which the host was from a day before, during and afterwards very attentive to us and our needs. The house is comfortable, comfortable, it has everything you need from glasses, cups and pans, to washing machine, iron and parking. in conclusion we would be back with my whole family on site.

Very nice place easy to access

We had an amazing stay at this property! Paola and Gerardo were exceptional hosts who went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable trip. They recommended a variety of things to do in Mexico and helped us arrange everything—from a private chef and transportation to booking our excursions. The highlight was definitely the private yacht trip to Isla Mujeres—an unforgettable experience with stunning views and delicious food. The service at the house was also outstanding. Paola’s mom was incredibly attentive and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The home was spotless, and we felt very safe thanks to the 24-hour security. We also really enjoyed relaxing by the pool, especially with the beautiful weather. This was a perfect place to stay with friends and family, and we highly recommend it!

Great restaurant recommendations We enjoyed the gym and tennis court

We really enjoyed our stay. the apartment is nicely made and we felt like at home. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is huge. Everything was provided as described. We also loved the surrounding of the apartment as it is not a touristy at all. Very basic and authentic mexican style and at the same time we never felt in danger or unsafe.

Yashmina’s place is quiet and has great amenities. The south side of the island is quiet and remote. Plenty of cooking space and all the equipment you need to cook a nice meal. We ate all our meals in Punta Norte as the few restaurants in Punta Sur closed early. The downtown area was perfect for supper and breakfast. Taxi drivers drive us right up to the walkway to the home. My daughter and I stayed and we appreciated the locked gate as the walkway to the gate was a little dark. I’d recommend having the taxi driver drive into the walkway. We had quiet nights and the beds were comfortable. We didn’t spend much time in the onsite pools but if my husband and I had gone we would have for sure!! Monse and Yashmina were very responsive and helpful. Monse even provided taxi service a few times.

Perfect place to stay in Isla!

Everything was excellent!! The arrival instructions were clear and even allowed us to store our luggage in advance and we are very grateful. Few hosts currently allow it. They welcomed us and showed us the apartment's amenities. The truth is, we were delighted with the apartment, the pool, the very quiet area and if you don't have a car you can move around at all times on Route 1 or Uber, The host also made some recommendations. We felt at home, we didn't want to leave. The pool is huge, we rested very well and without a doubt you feel that they strive to keep everything good for their guest and I insist, it is appreciated. Do not hesitate to book it, believe me it will be worth it. As mentioned, right in front is the xailing pier to Isla Mujeres. Another thing, it also has a washing machine with clear instructions for its use. I confirm, I totally recommend the accommodation.

I was delighted with the place, 😻 everything was super nice, even better than the photos. José Luis was always attentive to any questions I had or what I needed. I really enjoyed my time, I would definitely come back!

A very lovely space with a really nice view of a park from the living room/balcony area. Modern minimalist furniture yet felt cozy and right at home.

The space was cozy, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The host was especially kind and accommodating — they allowed me to check out later than the usual time, which really helped me out with my travel plans

An incredible experience! The accommodation at Marina Condos exceeded all our expectations. The view of the canal is spectacular, especially at sunset, and the tranquility of the surroundings makes it perfect for resting. The apartment is impeccably clean, well appointed and very tastefully decorated. The location is excellent, close to restaurants, shopping centers. In addition, the host was very attentive and responded quickly to all our questions. Definitely a place we'd go back to. Ideal for both relaxing and exploring Cancun from an exclusive and safe area. We highly recommend it!

We loved the apartment, it was beautiful. The bed is comfy and the view of the roof top was superb. We see the ocean and the shark tower;-)

Would totally recommend Boris’s accommodation to anyone traveling to Cancun. Great views & facilities. Work still being done on the building with many more apartments to be completed. 15 min walk to Marina. 25 min walk to Walmart Express, 20min to buses R1&2 that run between downtown & hotel zone with many beaches to chose from. The Marea resort is not yet on google maps as so new but ask your driver to go to Aria Peurto Cancún which is next door.

The crew was Amazing 👏 Super attentive and very quick to respond to any questions or needs. We will go back indeed the a/c was ice cold just the way we like it and beds super cozy. The house itself was BEAUTIFUL can't wait for that pool, Peter! Beatriz, Peter, and Natalie were just an amazing group, thank you so much our family really enjoyed our stay!
