Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Puerto de Ibiza

Beautiful, quiet location. The pool area was particularly lovely. Communication was excellent. The whole experience was seemless, we will be back next year.

We had a great time staying at this house! The place is perfectly equipped, nothing is missing for a comfortable holiday. Hosts are extremely responsive and available, which made our stay much easier. The setting is peaceful, perfect for relaxing in peace. We loved staying here! The house is really cozy, and the outdoor space and beautiful grounds are simply unbeatable. One note is that while the house does have a/c, the only two units are in the living room and bedroom with single beds upstairs. The temperature was perfectly pleasant mid-June, but it might be a consideration for some in hotter months of July and August.

We had a great stay with friends, we had space both inside and out, the house is perfectly located and extremely well equipped. Overall favorite for the outside and the bar/BBQ/pool area! Enough to park 2 cars without a problem, a real luxury! Jordi was perfect from start to finish: welcoming and responsive! A 100% all over, go for it!

A fantastic stay, everything very well preserved and clean. Very central location, I didn't mind being next to the road. Air conditioning in all rooms. I missed an oven and an awning in the porch.

We had a great time in this villa. Plenty of space for our large group. The outdoor area was just awesome, and the ping pong table made it even better. Rus was always available and helped us with every request we had. Highly recommended!

Very happy to have stayed in the middle of Pujols next to a great gastronomic offer and a few minutes from the first of many wonderful beaches. Maria was an exceptional host; very pleasant, always predisposed and close, eager to help as much as possible. The apartment is more than adequate with everything you need to be comfortable. I would repeat without hesitation. Our overall rating has been excellent.

We (2 adults and 1 child) felt very comfortable in the tastefully furnished, clean apartment. It is located in a residential complex with locals – everything was well organized and well explained. Although a little further from the beaches in the south, it is ideal for exploring the west of the island.

Fantastic couple of weeks at this lovely little apartment in Portinatx The main reason for booking this place was the great roof terrace and uninterrupted views of the sea and sunsets, this lived up to our expectations and more. The bedroom also has great views out to sea and the surrounding islands. If you like hiking there are some nice routes along the cliffs to the lighthouse or further on to Cala d’en Serra for a swim to cool off. All the restaurants in Portinatx are easy walking distance or there is a nice little place “Can Beatrice” literally behind the apartments, the Sangria is amazing! Great view and close enough to all the action to get around easy with Ubers or taxis to and from the nightlife. We did have a car which was nice because it’s not a real walkable location. But everything was great. Very clean and again the view doesn’t get old. Sven was very proactive in providing info for check in and met us at the door to give keys and instructions. Two big comfy beds. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. One bedroom has a view and the other doesn’t so be aware of that but no complaints we had a great time and can recommend Sven’s place with two thumbs up.

The apartment is nice and had everything we needed. Its location is perfect with very short distance to shops, restaurants and beach. It’s absolutely worth the rent. The only thing we could suggest for improvement is a WiFi (but it was specified that there is none), because the mobile network is a bit weak there. Balbina is a perfect host and was very quick and helpful upon questions or requests. We are looking forward to coming back!

The apartment was a great place to stay for a week in Ibiza. It’s walking distance to Talamanca beach, the marina, local minimarts, pharmacy, restaurants etc. The pool is great for cooling down or having a quiet day. The apartment was plenty big enough for 3 of us to stay for a week - the kitchen has basic cooking utensils, and dishwasher, oven, washing machine and fridge freezer. External window shutters mean you can keep the rooms cool and dark which is great if you’ve had a busy night! Be aware that the apartment block is a stone’s throw from Pacha, so bring ear plugs if you’re bothered by noise. There’s a taxi rank right outside Pacha so getting to other parts of the city was extremely easy. It’s also walkable into the city centre. All in all, a really good place to stay if you’re planning on making the most of the entertainment scene!

A really calm and good place. A little bit tricky road, because mountains should be passed while coming from airport. Car is definitely needed. There is almost everything that you may need daily base. It is close to nice hiking places, very nice beach, and some beach markets. Communication was smooth, without any problem. For a calm vacation in Ibiza, it is a very good choice.

The apartment is very comfortable and located in a very good quiet condominium. We loved our stay and we'll definitely come back.

Well located accommodation, beautiful terrace, bike rental just across the street (affordable price) to go around the island. A beach not far from the apartment walking access too. Very well equipped kitchen ( I was able to cook without worries🤪) and a very responsive host thanks to her. I'll come back to that.
