El Apartamento es muy acogedor, tiene el espacio suficiente para tenerlo todo ordenado. Es luminoso y tranquilo. Las 3 terrazas son USO PRIVADO con vistas a la Catedral de Cádiz y al mar, están en el piso de arriba y a ellas se puede subir por las escaleras o el ascensor. Está cerca de todo, mercado, museos, playas, el muelle, donde poder coger barcos que te llevarán a Rota y al Pto de Santa María. Conexiones con autobuses urbanos. La estación de trenes y de autobuses está a 5 minutos andando.

Beautyful Loft with everything you need private

It is a separate space, a loft, private with key, in a historic old building, completely renovated. Exceptional location and lots of charm, the decor is Nordic style with fir wood floors, give warmth, comfort and create a cozy atmosphere, is the second floor, with ceilings of 5 meters high which is where the loft is located. I live on the same floor and share door to the floor but the loft is a space, independent and private key exclusively for guest use.

I travelled here solo, and it was extremely easy to find, with a flexible check in. The location is ideal, with walkable shops, sites, beach, and beautiful streets and plaza. Absolutely stunning apartment- fantastically stocked with everything you need to cook for yourself, and in a prime location for plenty of authentic restaurants. 100% would return, and recommend to anyone.

The place is clean and quiet. Easy to get to from the train station. About 10 minutes walk. I didn’t get to see Francisco or Joaquin because his son was sick but Francisco communicated with me well thru messages. The apartment is cool too, there’s AC but didn’t need it. The ceiling fans at night were enough. Walkable to the center and the beaches. I walked to La Victoria beach and it was great, there’s also a bus that goes that way. The only downside was that the laundry machine was unavailable because of some neighborhood deal, and I had a bunch of clothes to wash. Francisco helped me by giving directions to a laundromat real close to the apartment and also brought me detergent so I could hand wash some of my clothes. Otherwise, great stay. I would come back.

I'm definitely coming back:) Paloma's home is ideal for calm solo-travellers. The area is safe and close to everything in the old town of Cadiz. The flat is very nice, clean and tastefully decorated. The balcony is a masterpiece!!! Paloma was very nice to me and offered to make me dinner when I came there tired after a delayed train. We talked a lot and even danced Sevillanas on the balcony. I'll always remember this wonderful experience!

I can’t recommend Sofias place enough, my husband and I stayed for 4 nights to celebrate his 50th birthday. From start to finish Sofia was so helpful, the place is beautiful and so peaceful away from the hustle and bustle outside. A real gem, the photos don’t do it justice.
