Mallorca surprised us. The unbeatable place, more than satisfactory value for money. Florenci is very attentive and pleasant. Perfect stay.

It was a very pleasant experience! The location of the accommodation is perfect, everything is clean and demanding. Cintia was extremely kind and helpful, I felt safe and at home as a solo traveler. I can only recommend it!

Casandra is a wonderful host, very polite, warm and provides a great atmosphere in her place :) She was open to various check-in options and provided advice at every stage of the trip. I felt very comfortable and convenient. The apartment was clean, prepared for our arrival. The area is great. Very close to the tourist center, but still off the beaten track, giving a respite from the crowds. The area is characterized by great restaurants, where you will meet more locals than tourists. I will definitely visit this place again!

What to say about Beatriz A big thank you to you, for your clean apartment, tastefully decorated, authentic in the Palma de Mallorca theme, with views of the port and boats, very clean, the bedding was great, having your own bathroom + toilet is great too! Sharing the kitchen allowed us to meet! It is easy to access with these various buses in 4 minutes, not even on foot, which serves the city center in 20 minutes. I thank her a thousand times for her speed in answering me, for her kindness, her warm welcome. I'm delighted to have been able to teach you French and you Spanish! Great, central but quiet location within walking distance of downtown and intermodal transport all over the island. No Aircon so remember it's hot day and night in summer!

Miguel was always very quick to response to any enquires , very helpful . The place was comfortable and with all the amenities to spend a nice and comfortable holidays. The beach is a 5 min walk and it’s absolutely stunning.

We felt very welcomed by Sergio. Excellent location right by a beach. Old charm condo but squeaky clean, well stocked, and very comfy. Washer and dryer available. 2 of the bedrooms don’t have AC but my parents and kids didn’t seem to mind so just turn fan on full blast. Loved the location with lots to do near by

The place was really great – very clean and equipped with everything you might need. Especially nice was the terrace, where you can relax wonderfully. Check-in was super easy and the area is very quiet – perfect for unwinding. You can park on the street if you have rented a car. However, you should be careful not to park in yellow zones, as these are prohibited. Free parking is hard to find, especially after midnight, so you sometimes have to park a bit further away and walk a bit. The location is great – especially Playa del Muro is quick to reach and absolutely fantastic. There were four of us there and all very happy with the place. Everything was really perfect – highly recommended!

My husband and I stayed at Julieta’s for a long weekend in Palma. It was the perfect size and location for us. We did see comments about the stairs in other reviews, but did not find them challenging or hard to maneuver (in fairness we just travel with carry ons so no bulky luggage or gear). Lovely location, right around the corner from major sites and great restaurants. Host was communicative and friendly. We’d definitely stay again!

As everyone says, the apartment is even better in reality, such a perfect location, you feel you are staying on the beach, so beautiful. Josep is a great host, he arranged our airport transfers & answered any query quickly. The apartment is very well equipped inside & providing beach towels was a very welcome bonus. Do make use of the outdoor shower on the roof terrace for hosing off the post beach sand. Perfect location with shops & restaurants on the road down to the apartment, can recommend the Black Pig for dinner & ice cream at Mana & Mana. Eroski supermarket a 10 min walk away is good & the pastries next door to it at Epicerie were delicious. Alcudia Old Town is lovely & Josep's apartment is the perfect place to stay, would highly recommend.

If I could I would give this home and host 10 stars. It was beautiful, well appointed, comfortable, clean and walking distance to everything. Fernando (Frank) went over and above with communication and tips. It made my stay in Mallorca an unforgettable experience! Gracias Fernando!

Everything's great, with mini minuscule smears! The apartment is right on the shopping mile with shops and restaurants, and yet you don't get much of the hustle and bustle (April/May). To the north you can walk to the coast in a few minutes - and a few more minutes later on a huge sandy beach! In the south you can be on the harbor promenade in 7-10 minutes, with a huge selection of restaurants! Here, too, there is a small bay with beach and crystal clear/turquoise blue water. To the small smears: The apartment is located between two roads that have longitudinal drain gates - and every time a car drives over it it it makes "klack-clack". That was a bit annoying in the morning. In addition, there is a glass container right next to the apartment, which you have also heard from time to time. At the beginning of the stay, you can expect a folder with many many rules, which I consider to be predominantly self-evident - however, it has been somewhat after "raised index

Michael and Vicky communicate quickly and kindly, and make sure everything is in order upon arrival and during your stay. The apartment has a great garden with a lovely swimming pool and is well located in relation to all kinds of beaches, the harbor, other villages. The apartment itself has everything you need for a pleasant stay! The only downside was that the mattress and pillows of the bed were a little too soft (but that is personal) and that the ventilation in the bathroom did not work super well (remained a little damp and musty after showering). But I would definitely recommend it and would love to come back!

INCREDIBLE LOCATION. We searched quite a bit to find the spot that was going to give us a relaxing atmosphere as well as access to restaurants & shops. This apartment is the perfect mix! Our boys (5 & 7) were easily able to walk to dinner each night but we were removed enough to make it feel relaxing when we wanted to go to bed. We loved the upper deck and hot tub! Keep in mind there are LOTS of stairs! The home could have had a few more amenities like cooking supplies (we like to cook our breakfast and at least a few meals in) and the kitchen was a bit small and lacking basic utensils and dishware, BUT it was not enough for me to not give this property a full 5 stars! I think that small addition would truly make this property perfect!) The host was wonderful and met us at 1am to check us in. Our flight in was so late and I felt awful for the late check in but she was so kind and promptly there for us when we arrived late with tired children. Great visit, Hope to come back one day!!

The three of us had six wonderful days in the apartment. Particularly noteworthy is the wonderful large terrace right on the beach. Taxi and bus almost at your doorstep, supermarkets as well. Everything we needed was there. We will be happy to come back. Thanks to David!

Matthias and Martin were available to us all the time. Communication on site went smoothly. Check-in was very flexible and straightforward. On-site parking was great. The kitchen was equipped as standard with spices and water. A washing machine and dryer were available on site for a small fee. Bathroom was very clean, towels were sufficiently provided on site. A third friend visited us in the meantime for a few days, and this was also no problem to clarify and organize. The pool and the outdoor facilities were awesome. Martin gave us numerous tips for restaurants in the village as well as trip and excursion destinations in Palma as well as in all directions on the island.

Our stay at Mirjam's was beyond expectations. Comfortable, perfectly equipped and with a splendid sea view. Exactly as shown in the description and photos. Mirjam was a great help with detailed information and useful advice. If we go back to Mallorca, we will certainly go back to Mirjam.

The apartment was very nice and spacious with everything required for a relaxed and comfortable stay. The kitchen was very well equipped. Communication with the host was very easy. The location was perfect. We would very highly recommend this place.
