The two beds in the rooms are 150x190 with good, firm mattresses and memory foam. Each bed has two memory foam pillows and two regular pillows. The apartment has two full bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. The showers are walk-in and the water falls from the ceiling like rain. The sinks are made of natural stone. Lovely 1-bedroom apartment, 40 m2 & 60 m2 terrace. Very cozy. It has a view of the ocean and gets sunlight all day. Look to the west. It's on the ground floor. It's ideal for a couple. Babies & children are NOT ALLOWED. The building has 60 floors. The pool is seasonal and inviting. My apartment is a couple of minutes' walk from the boardwalk, Santa Ana Beach, the park, and the bus stops. My kitchen is fully equipped. There are 2 air conditioners, and all the appliances are new. I have 600 MB of WiFi
