Andres' apartment was perfect for us 4. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a well organized kitchen and a living room with Smart TV. In addition, you can park safely on the property and it takes 6 minutes by car to get into town. Right nearby (1 minute) is a supermarket. The apartment was totally clean and communication with Andres perfect. He brought us extra towels. In addition, it was very well heated and the hot water in the shower was perfect. Great value for 4 people. The only thing that could be improved is cozier furniture and a few hooks or cabinets. But that's for sure. .. happy to come back!

A great place. The house is like new, very well decorated, well insulated (it's rare in Patagonia) and very comfortable (bed, sofa, bathtub) and bright - The view of the mountains is pleasant and the large land around it is far from the road and convenient if you have a dog. Thank you Leslie for this really pleasant stay. A place to recommend!

We had a great stay! Really appreciated all the friendly and helpful communication. Very easy to walk into town and to lots of restaurants. And I loved the visit from the super friendly neighbourhood cat!

Nice place and location

we felt very comfortable, it is a cozy place, faithful to what is advertised, Ulises excellent at responding, my grandson loved that there was a pool, it is a new place and everything is impeccable, it has everything you need.

I had so many apprehensions about my trip to Puerto Natales, but she helped me not just with the booking of her place but also recommended car rentals, guides for hiking around Torres del Paine, local restaurants, nearby attractions. She was personally available at the property when we need her. My family and I cannot thank her enough for all her support and guidance during our stay at her beautiful property.

Excellent stay in apartment, very how and very clean I had everything you need to be at home and spend a few pleasant days in Puerto Natales:

He was incredible. Anything we needed he came over and brought for us, he even helped translate for us to ease communication with our driver who didn't know English. When we were checking out he gave us fresh pears from the pear tree on property! It was a lovely stay!

A very well located place, close to everything... the neighborhood is very quiet. Our host is very kind, she always responded later. In any case, I recommend it and for my part I would stay in the same place again

The place is very nice like the photos, very close to the Rodoviario 5 minutes walking, easy to get to, for people who do not go by car there is locomotion at the doors of the cabin.

Good and clean place to stay, with a comfortable bed great shower, small kitchen and a very very friendly and empathetic host. She went really above and beyond to perfectionize everything. Quiet neighbourhood with new buildings. I highly recommend this place. 👍🏼🙏🏽

Perfect accommodation for the three of us. Car can be parked on the premises.

Alexis’s place was as described. We had an off-street, private parking spot. Kitchen had everything needed to cook meals; although, there was not much counter space to prep food. Bathroom was clean and shower had plenty of hot water. We did some laundry while there, so it was nice having a washer in the place. Heater worked well and the bedroom was comfortable.

I stayed at Katherine's place for 5 nights. Good starting point for a wide variety of activities. We felt comfortable Only drawbacks. The stairs to the 1st floor are very slippery and dangerous. There was little storage space for suitcases.

Our stay was very good. The house was comfortable, it was clean and exactly matched the photos and description. Location was great, we could do everything on foot in the city. Communication with Cynthia was great, always attentive to our needs and doubts. Anyway, a place we recommend and we will certainly stay again when we go to Puerto Natales again.
